Hi! I hope you didn't loose hope for Road of Dust and Rust (because I am not). Two years ago I said I need to finish another game with investor in order to secure funding for this one. So, long story short, a month ago I released Katana Kata in Early Access - it's a souls-like game, where not only your timing matters, but also directions of strikes. You can check it out here:
It didn't get a lot of attention, but got some really positive reviews, and since the end of January I fixed a lot of bugs and problems (so now I have the confidence to show it here). I will probably work on Katana Kata for a few months to polish it enough for the full release, but you can check it out already - it would be a big help for me to continue RoDaR development properly, if Katana Kata become sustainable.
Cheers!
Slow-mo

War drums
You can turn your rig into the deadly war fortress or, like in this case, into a huge morale, speed and damage boost to your other combat vehicles (there will be no badass guitar player, sorry)
Just another car
I think we can all agree - making our own combat vehicle is the main reason to wait for Road of Dust and Rust. We have 8 car bases and a dozen of tuning parts you can combine at this stage of development, so I have enough materials to make a weekly post even if we move release date to a next decade (hopefully, we are not).
And a little bit of explanation:
You can put an enemy prisoner on a cross, so his faction will try to rescue him before destroying this vehicle. It's kind of post-apocalyptic insurance.
Stay tuned
With Save One More being released, I can now tease you with the new content for Road of Dust and Rust all days long!
After a small post-release support I will return to full-time development of Road of Dust and Rust, with A LOT of fresh ideas!
Tuning options
There will be a lot of options to customize your car for every battle situation
Still no news?
It's been a while since Road of Dust and Rust got the steam page and gone silent. But that's not because we stopped working! Maybe you know this month I worked on my other game, Save One More, but other guys in our team still making content for Road of Dust and Rust, so don't worry! I will implement it all after releasing Save One More in a next few weeks. You can check it out, maybe you will like it too, it's a heal'em up about the war of toy soldiers where you are going to save lives instead of taking them:
