I am so exited about this release, its simply huge.



This release is jam packed with new items, new recipes, new mobs, new poi and as usual a lot more is planned for next updates.

I have included the long awaited food station, grill and meat station where you can prepare all sorts of food recipes, and added a lot of lootable food items to further support it, so if you think this is a lot, wait till you see what is in the works for food crafting and cooking.





you can now craft generators to power your base, and I am planing to fully expand the electricity application to include traps, turrets and mew advanced electric machinery.

Hello survivors

After a much needed vacation with the family, I am back with a new update.

I have implemented the electricity system with 3 new stations, a power source, a battery and electric utility, which can be connected when their influence range is touching. These stations will later come in different capacity and sizes. The influence range can be easily toggled on/off using the manipulation key [F].

Power sources will range from solar panels to wind and diesel generators. For now electric utility will consists of a few lights, some of which will be craftable, more light models will come so you can decorate your base with the style you want. Remember, not to mix water and electricity!
Heavy electric workshop machines are in the works, and are essential to start crafting higher tier items and equipment.



I have also included the world event system where specific locations on the map will get attacked by other factions and will require a high number of players to participate, failure to liberate these locations will result in more enemies spawning on the map making survival a little bit harder :)

I am optimizing the game with every update. In this update most of the optimizations went into drastically reducing loading time when crossing to highly populated areas. More optimizations are planned for the upcoming updates, thank you all for your patience.

Another update with new content and bug fixes.
A new animal is introduced into the world of Road to Eden, lives in packs and is very dangerous if attacked.






We are also optimizing and reworking assets as we go, we have replaced the trees in the starting zone with new maple trees, upgrading the overall visuals of the world.


Roaming hordes are now a world hazard and will scale with player level.
Rebels now go out of their base and patrol the surrounding roads.

We are planing to raise the price as we progress through the development, as there is so much in the works and so much we are planing to implement, this decision did not come lightly but its the only way to overcome development costs and upkeep. Hope to see you all in-game.

We have been optimizing world zone loading time as well as fixing all reported glitches

Hello survivors!

We have been hard at work optimizing FPS and Region loading time on the large map, the map is “Work in progress” and will be continually optimized and expanded with new POIs.

- We have added new properties to the bamboo block making it more versatile, it can now be built everywhere and in all POIs except on locked claims, but be aware it will decay in time and can be broken in one hit!

The big update is finally here!



As you guys already know we have been working on the new large map, 30 times larger than the one we used to have.




I would like to also thank everyone that helped us test this map, for all their hard work and dedication.

What’s new in this update?


- New map: the new map contains a new biom, new POIs, new dungeons, new challenges, new stash quest system, and a huge area to explore.
- We have also added weather effects. Rain, thunder and fog, weather will seriously affect hearing the infected as well as seeing them.
- We have temporarily removed the original map as well as the local hosting option and replaced it with a solo mode where you can play on the large map in single player, and a multiplayer option where you can join dedicated servers.
- Players will have the ability to launch their own dedicated servers using the external server executable , let us know if you need assistance we will be more than happy to help,
- We have also set up a dedicated server in central Europe, and more will follow once we finalize testing.

Unfortunately all Road To Eden user data and saved games need to be wiped due to the map upgrade, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.







What is to come?


A lot of systems are in the works, vehicles, new mobs, new quests, new locations, new dungeons, temperature system, new building blocks and new gear.
We will also be expanding the map with new explorable areas and new bioms

We are looking into setting up more dedicated servers to cover most of the regions very soon.
