Hope you're having a great fall! On our end, we have thrown together a few special surprises for our 10th update to the game.
These include:
- New Rockets: Would you like to pilot something small and maneuverable? Or how about the long rocket, fastest in the fleet? Or maybe the twin rocket, which can be a bit slow, but packs a major punch!
- New AI: Stanley has some new siblings and each of the new rockets has it's own AIs. Stella is a vicious fighter who pilots the small rocket. Scooby runs away from everything and pilots the long rocket. And Scott Manley won't take his finger off the trigger and pilots the twin rocket.
- New Powerups: Big shot! Triple shot! Or maybe just be invincible for a while and try and ram your opponent!
- New Level: The Screaming Whale has traveled to a dangerous part of the galaxy and come loaded to bear. Be careful in this level because the ship's weapon systems are going to be automatically targeting anyone who flies too close.
- Bug fixes: Not as exciting, I know, but we need to slip these in somewhere...

New Maps and Tournament Modes!
Hi there rocketeers!
It’s been a while, but we have a new build for you, with such updates as:
New maps! Sail through the Blank void, fight in Close Quarters, weave through the Asteroid Field, or climb The Tower to victory!
New tournament modes! See who can win the longest in Monarch of the Mountain, or see how many kills you can get in the Elimination mode!
Bug fixes, including updates to the controller software and tweaks to resolution selection that should hopefully limit the issues with problematic resolutions.
As always, let us know if you encounter any issues on the forums, and keep flying!
OFFICIAL LAUNCH!
The day has finally come, rocketeers!
ROCKETSROCKETSROCKETS has officially lifted off, and launched from the early-access launch pad out into the public Steam stratosphere.
This isn't just a launch though - there have been many, many changes since the last major update (module 6). Here's a few of our favourites:
<*> Zen Mode: Rockets learn to love in this spirograph-inspired doodling tool. Race? Explore? Practice? Relax? The world is your oyster, and there are no time limits.
<*> Ghosts: When you're knocked out of the game, you aren't truly out - you can still exact revenge by ramming into your opponents and clawing your way back into the game!
<*> Tournaments: Get your friends together for a set of games and determine the ultimate champion!
<*> A brand new menu interface
Now that we are launched, we still have big plans ahead. We've already got several bits of content in the works for the future, but we're really happy with how far the game has come in the last year.
To celebrate, we are announcing an official soundtrack DLC! This features 9 amazing tracks plus two secret bonuses:

Thanks for joining us on this early-access journey; we couldn't have done it without you!
Module 4 introduces some dramatic new changes to gameplay, most notably some new HEALTH BUBBLES! Check out the full patch notes in our discussion thread.
MODULE 3 is now activated!
After months of work, we've got an all new interface with enhanced controller support, a new graphics/effects pipeline, and all sorts of new features and tweaks. Check out the changelog in our forum!
Module TWO is Live!
It’s that time again! Here’s a video for the next installment of the Steam-Early-Access version of ROCKETSROCKETSROCKETS:
MODDING. Our rocket scientists have been working hard to bring you this update that can unleash your creative potential! Remember back in Module One when we hinted at some new modding features? Those features are now entirely integrated with the Steam Workshop, right inside the game interface! Upload and download mods, rate and rank your favourites, and subscribe to the best to automatically download the latest updates as they happen.
NEW TRACK. Strap on your thrust-vectoring nozzles; you are really going to feel the Gs with the fresh new track from Ben Lam!
BURST FIRE. Each rocket has an experimental new firing mode — holding down the fire button results in a firehose of artillery, but also exposes the ROCKETS to a vulnerable shield-free period.

We've put Build 4502 live which introduces dramatic improvements to our controller handling mechanism. You should now be able to play with any combination of keyboards and controllers, and even start a match against 3 Stanleys! (if you dare!)
May 4th Patch
Build 4368 is now live in the store and features an all new epic track from our very own Ben Lam!
We've also got a few fixes on the back-end to help with controller compatibility.
