- Fixed a number of critical issues that occurred in certain environments.
- Fixed the issue of city provisions not increasing when military provisions were decreased during the army re-adjustments.

- Fixed the issue where a unit that had Split could receive 250 days worth of provisions by mistake when resupplying in a city.
