We're excited to let you know that we have rolled out a MAJOR UPDATE. This update addresses several issues that have been brought to our attention by the helpful community!
These issues run the gamut from tweaks, to bug fixes and degrinding.
AGENT COSTS
Have you ever wanted to hire an agent and you just thought that their rate was a bit too pricey? Fear no more! The Agency Union has been busted, and agent rates have been reduced by 25% across the board.
AGENT LEVELLING
"Ugh, 327 more Security cases until I can unlock Agent Wheeler to level 10?!" shakes fist furiously at devs Well, that sentiment and those like it are a thing of the past. No more endless hours of grinding to level up your agents.
CONTRACT REWARDS
We've generously increased the payout of all contracts and tiers across the board, because...you're worth it.
CASE OFFICER LEVELS
We've decreased the case officer reputation required to level up all of the case officers. No more snide remarks from disappointed case officers who disappointedly shake their heads.
ITEMS
The cost of items has been reduced by 25%. If you've been eying the Tier 4 Thumper 187 Shotgun, with prices like these, why not pick up two?

REASONING & JUSTIFICATION
Do we REALLY need to write this? It took us a while to come around, but at the end of the day we want you, the players to HAVE FUN. It was a bit of a wake-up call when we realized that although a lot of players had sunk endless hours into the game, only a small percentage of players actually finished it. The grindy aspect seems to have prevented players from delving deeper into the story and experiencing the intricate plot twists we've lovingly created.

Well, this was unexpected! Rough Justice: ’84 has been nominated for the German Children’s Software Award TOMMI 2023 in the Youth Category (USK 12);

Gaming Days

The Rough Justice: '84 DEMO IS OUT NOW!
We're excited to announce that as of today the Rough Justice: '84 demo is available!
The demo is "time-locked" to a total of 90s minutes, which should give players ample time to check it out, and even start digging around into the story.
In the demo, you'll find a carefully prepared selection of content that we hope you'll have tons of fun with. If you'd like to help us with continued development, please let us know your opinion on even the tiniest of details! You can use the in-game bug reporting link found in the main menu, or alternatively, you can join the official Rough Justice: '84 community discord.
