We know it has been quite some time since our last Devlog, but rest assured our team has been hard at work, making more and more assets and locations for our game, as well as some interesting gameplay mechanics. Today we would like to showcase you another one of our locations and also assets that we have created for it.
Trailer Park
We knew we wanted to create a trailer park from the moment we started working on our game. We always considered it a great fit for our American journey, giving us the possibility of showcasing different places people live in, various interesting persons and so on. So like always we started by gathering as much reference as we can. After a few days of work we decided to follow these references.
Next part was 3D modeling, we created our models with a lot of attention to details, but also considering the restraints of optimization. After all, we want our game to be playable by as many players as possible. We also wanted to have the possibility to easily change colors of our assets so that we could create multiple color variations very quickly. That is where the Unreal Engine power came in handy, we utilized its powerful shaders to create and easy to customize material, that with just a few sliders allows us to create multiple color versions of the same asset. So after a few weeks this is what we had created.
But of course, we also wanted to have different variants of campers and trailers, so we also created them and started placing them in our game
Last but very important part was the interior. We wanted these places to feel old, abandoned, but also didn’t want too much clutter so that it is still easy for players to find important items, collectibles and such. Here you can see few examples of our interiors.

Route 66 Devlog #3
Hello Dear Fans, This time we would like to present you one of the vehicles that will be your best companion in your journey through ROUTE 66.
This is our approach to classic American muscle cars - we modeled it ourselves based on the classics of the genre such as Ford Mustang or Pontiac.
While Driving this car you will be able to feel the atmosphere of the old American movies. It was incredibly important to us to keep the authenticity of steering and look of these cars, so we hope you will enjoy them. In addition to the car, we also wanted to show a small fragment of the game world, specifically one of the States: New Mexico.
We hope you will enjoy as much as possible driving on the dangerous and unpredictable roads of Route 66. Remember to add our game to Steam Wishlist, so that you won’t miss any Devlogs, as there will be plenty of them in the upcoming weeks, showing more and more of our game.

ROUTE 66 DEVLOG #2
Hello Dear Fans,
Last month we presented you with the first location from our game “Diner”. The feedback you gave us was amazing and made us work twice as hard so that we can deliver you the best game possible.
You saw the “Diner”, but what would be an american route without a place to stop along a journey like “Dive Bar”, to rest for a little, drink some beer and play some darts.
In our “Dive Bar” players will be able to interact with numerous NPC-s, take missions from them, hear numerous stories that they have to share, play minigames of Darts and Pool.
And don’t forget about drinks and beers. Our “Dive Bar” has something for everyone.

ROUTE 66 DEVLOG #1 DINER
Hello Dear Fans, We are super happy to present you with our first Devlog for Route 66 Simulator. Our team is hard at work and we will be soon presenting you a lot of stuff that we have been working on the past couple of months. Firstly, today we would like to show you our Diner, which is still a work in progress, but we are very happy with what we have so far and would like to hear your opinions and comments about it. Like with everything we do, we started with gathering references for our American Diner, so that it would look as close to real thing as possible. Our goal is to make every player feel like driving through USA Route 66 every second of gameplay.
After carefully examining different options for our Diner, our team has decided on creating something based on these reference images. We started our 3D work, carefully crafting each of the assets to make it look as good as possible, while also caring for optimisation of each asset, so that our game can run as smoothly as possible. Here are the results of our work, as stated previously they are still work in progress and if you have any suggestions feel free to leave them in comments, so that our team can work on improving our assets based on your feedback.
