Rules of Survival—Steam Operation Announcement
Thank you for your continuous support towards Rules of Survival—Steam! In light of changes made to the operations of the game, Rules of Survival—Steam will cease operations starting from June 27, 2022 (15:00). Details are as follows:
1. April 27, 2022 (16:00): Download on Steam will be removed, players will no longer be able to download the game, and all top-ups and new registrations will be disabled.
2. June 27, 2022 (15:00): All game operations will be terminated on Steam and game servers will be shut down. (Players will not be able to log in the game or the official website; the Customer Service portal will also be unavailable)
NOTE: After game servers have been shut down, all account data and character info (including but not limited to characters, Diamonds, items, materials) will be deleted.
Thank you to everyone who has offered tremendous support to Rules of Survival—Steam. From the date of this announcement, unused in-game Diamonds can still be used before June 27, 2022 (15:00). We hope you will keep enjoying the game. Please be informed and spread the news. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service.
Just like you, it's hard for us to say goodbye to Rules of Survival—Steam. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your support and understanding. We hope to see you again in other NetEase games!

Patch Notes On December 18 2019
*Xmas Event is now available:
- Xmas Candy Canes and Gingerbread Men will be available in battles during Christmas. Once players pick them up, they'll be able to take the gifts out of the game and give it to friends. Players can also buy gifts for their friends from the Xmas Event interface.
- Players who give and receive Gifts will obtain Gift Points and Glamour Points (corresponding to Xmas Giving Ranks and Glamour Ranks). Gift Points can be used to exchange for Xmas Gifts.
- All-new Xmas Podium will be added to the Prep Zone, and it will display the Top 3 players on the Glamour Ranks and Giving Ranks each game.
- During the Xmas Event, returning players will obtain Xmas Return Gifts from the system.
2. Bug Fixes
*Fixed the issue in FPS Mode where some Training Manual missions could not be completed
*Fixed the issue where Inquisitor Looks could not be displayed
*Fixed the issue in Hero Mode where some Meds could not be used
*Fixed the issue in Hero Mode where some Heroes are displayed incorrectly
*Fixed the issue where Chest of Jaws would be displayed as some other items

- The most recent played mode will be recorded and will be the default mode when entering the Lobby next time
*Custom Room Chat Optimization
- Now, when players enter the Custom Room, the system will automatically switch to the Room's Chat Channel

* ROS is now available in Cambodian
- Players can choose to download the Cambodian Language pack from the Game Login screen to play the Cambodian version
2. Bug Fixes
* Fixed the issue where Chinese texts appear during Wingbuddy
* Fixed the issue where the Core is missing after death for players equipped with Pirate Treasure skin

*Hero Mode Optimization
- Reduced Spectrow's self-healing effects (from passive skill) on self, but such effects on Teammates remain the same;
- Adjusted Immortal Countess' active skill cooldown to 30 seconds in order to prevent it from gaining Boost too frequently;
* Gameplay Optimization
- Tapping on the "Purchase" button for Distinction will now directly complete the purchase and settlement in the Distinction interface instead of going to the Store;
- Added License Plates: Players with License Plates can display them on certain vehicles;
- Transform Looks Optimization - Added description for the Transform Set parts and the transformation conditions

*New Season
-- New Season available: Season 11 will begin and Season 10 will end after E4 on November 27. When the new season begins all ranking data related to Ranked Matches as well as current battle stats and historical data will be cleared. Players that participated in Ranked Matches can claim season rewards according to tiers:
Grand Master: Adv. Supply Tickets x60, Season Exclusive Reward - Harley Rider set, S10 Grand Master Medallion
Master: Adv. Supply Tickets x50, Season Exclusive Reward - Harley Rider set, S10 Elite Medallion;
Diamond: Adv. Supply Tickets x33, Season Exclusive Reward - Harley Rider set, S10 Elite Medallion;
Platinum: Adv. Supply Tickets x25, Season Exclusive Reward - Harley Rider set;

*Fixed the issue in Dogfight Mode where some icons are displayed incorrectly

*Hero Mode Optimization
-- Increased the Safe Zone damage of Hero Clash in Round 5 and 6 to increase the end game pace appropriately;
-- New Hero: is coming to the battlefield. The Immortal Countess has the ability to absorb others' HP, and each soldier's elimination will provide Immortal Countess with a strengthening bonus. She can also sacrifice these bonuses to increase her combat abilities.
-- New Hero will be free-to-use during the first week.

* New Score Royale is now available with a never before experienced free-for-all battle

* Halloween Events begin now
--Added mysterious items to the game - Zombie Grenade and Pumpkin Grenade.
--Pumpkin Stamp can be obtained in both Star Diamond Airdrop and Normal Airdrop. It can be used to participate in the Devilish Draw.
--Devilish Draw is now available. Players participating in the event have a chance to obtain Bloodbath Set and other Halloween-themed items.
*New item, Air Blower now available in Dogfight mode. Use Airborne Glider near an Air Blower range to take to the skies.
*Rules of Survival PC launcher will be available in North America
--One-tap to update the game and repair the client
--Be the first to get the latest ROS-related news
*Monthly Offers, Shadow Hunter
--he Shadow Hunter suit will gradually absorb energy while in battle. When taking damage, energy lines on the suit will become brighter (no attribute bonus).
*The fan-favourite item, Bouncing Bot will be available in Ranked
-- Game from Nov. 6. To make sure everyone gets used to the change, the refresh rate for the Bouncing Bot will be lowered, only the basic jumping function can be used and the dashing ability will be temporarily unavailable.

* Added a new Portable Vehicle: Portable Bicycle
- In the Ranked Match Prep Zone, players can choose between a Skateboard or a Bicycle as their Portable Vehicle of this battle;
- Portable Vehicle Controls only support Sports Mode and are not affected by the Vehicle's Operation Controls in Settings;
- Portable Bicycle is able to carry other passengers.
2. Experience Optimization
* Added a prompt to indicate why Portable Vehicle cannot be summoned under certain circumstances;
* The destructible function for scene objects in Fearless Fiord Map is temporarily unavailable.
3. Bug Fixes
* Fixed an issue where Firearms needed to be picked up twice in the Tutorial;
* Fixed an issue where the camera angle loses its scrolling mobility when the Pickup List is expanded;
* Fixed an issue where players could save themselves by using the Healer right before being knocked out.

* Added a new Wild Mode that's permanently available! Players can start solo matchmaking in the Mode Selection Interface. In this mode, we have:
- Greatly reduced the shooting difficulty, increased aiming sensitivity and greatly increased survival rate;
- Increased the circle shrinking pace, making battles faster and more intense!
* Added Super Lucky Roulette - Vehicle:
--Small chance to appear, but contains Epic Vehicle Skins
* Added Wingman Paraglider:
--Added Paraglider Skin - Eradicator to Supreme Supply. Once equipped with this Skin, during the Parachuting phase, players can fly alongside the plane and enjoy the attention from all players!

* Fixed an issue where players could jump through glass under certain circumstances;
* Fixed an issue where players could not purchase at the Relic Shop in the PC Version;
* Fixed an issue where teammate aiding activities in the Football Event had count errors;
* Fixed an issue where players would have to reconnect due to Paragliders;
* Fixed an issue where players would get stuck when using Paragliders under certain circumstances.
