When you get involved in the mafia shady deals, you should play by their rules. Alas, sometimes narrow-minded clan members contact the police. It is not clear what is their benefit, and why they begin rating out their comrades to the police, but they definitely will pay for their actions. As well as the enemies of the clan, who have a high opinion of themselves.

Mayor is an official person. He often tells high-sounding speeches about the unity of citizens, state structures that work for the sake of society, about the crime rate reducing. However, this is not true, and everyone knows it. Everything what the government does is raising taxes. It is unknown what this money covers, but, most likely, the Mayor's recently bought Duesenberg J has appeared for a reason. The people hate him and will gladly recommend a candidate for his post. Unfortunately, at the moment there is no a suitable person. But who knows what the city future will hold...

He is a sullen pile of muscles, and all those who have to meet him are covered with cold sweat: they say that Bob is a fan of burying his enemies alive .... Talking to him is useless, he only can nod... or immediately crush the skull ... as luck would have it. Why is his glass still empty?!

Bernardo "Fopling" Buffon, 31 years old
In total he served 17 years for murders across the country. Fell under amnesty. Masterfully owns the stylet, he had places where to learn.
Once he ranked 14 people in a row and organized each a Colombian tie. That's why he was nicknamed Fopling. This abomination was on the front pages of all newspapers. After this event for 2 years no one bothered the Family, not even the police. Because of his nervous nature and habit to grasp the knife on any occasion, he almost has no friends.

You can do very well out of it if you've got a wide range of car paints and also skilled mechanics.
The mechanics are ready to make any car a masterpiece that'd cost several times as much as a production model. Even the former owner wouldn't be able to recognize his precious car, let alone the police officers who tried to recover it.
There are lots of people who woudn't mind to make some cash out of this business. Don't forget to hire a good guard so that your competitors couldn't even think about commandeering your shop.
Running more than one auto shop will get you extra profit from recycling.

He spent all his childhood in military camps, where his father was transferred to serve, an infantry regiment major. There Cesare mastered the skills of small arms. After his father's death somewhere in Central America, his mother and his sisters were removed from the state allowance and had to beg. Someone from the Family noticed how the boy skillfully shoots at the cans, and took them all to himself. If you see a guy with two thompsons during the "talks", do not hesitate, this is Double Tommy. Very loyal to the Family, but you can not underestimate him ... you never know.

Anselmo "Meat Department" Bitini, 47 years old.
Born in a poor family on the edge of Richmond. At the age of 10 he left school and became a shoeshine boy. At the age of 12 he started working as an informant for his family. At age 14 got his first criminal record because of a mass brawl. At the age of 15 he went to a juvie because of setting fire to a lawyer's office. 22 years after leaving the juvie, he opened a store selling stolen goods in the basement of which he intimidated witnesses using torture. He received the nickname “meat department” for that.
He spent 10 years in a colony with the general regime for causing grievous bodily harm to city attorney and his wife.
After getting out of jail he opened a barber shop where he was dealt in weapons and illegal medicines.
And we're going to make this man a mayor. May the people forgive us.
