Trading cards have been added!

OSX version will hopefully be uploaded next week.

Also, an update has been made,

- The countdown timer from casual mode has been removed.
- Random events now have a 2% chance of occurring.
- A Better Tutorial to introduce players to mechanics properly. You can access this by starting a new game.
- Coin location optimized on several levels.

I'm also planning on uploading speed runs for casual mode in the next few days.
