Damage - Order of Operations Fix
Guardian Entanglement -> 50% damage shields -> Flat % Damage Reduction -> Resistances -> Mana Shield -> Block/Parry/2H Guard -> Damage to Health

Blockbreaker attacks now destroy all 50% damage shields before calculating damage.

Minion (BIG) Buff

All minion base damage increased by 30%.
Minion Health mod scaling increased by 15%.

Item Lock Fixes

Various fixes related to locking items (check Compendium for more information on locking items).

Reduced damage-per-level scaling by 25%.
Reduced bonus damage on shockwave attack.

Persistent ground effect from Ice Shard attack now has a duration of 15 seconds, down from 500.

Another round of melee fixes, Flurry and Flurry of Blows revert

Increased the time to hold for a heavy melee attack from .2 to .25 seconds.

Construct Turret - Damage increased by 50%.

Fixed some spell effects stacking to infinity.

Training Dummy Combat State Change

Training Dummies now enable the Combat state while recording DPS.

Stash Search Added

Stash Search
Added search to stash. It will return items that have a text match in their name, mods, influence, enchant, equipment type, or description.

Unallocating the Improved Flask talent will now verify your Utility Flask and reset it if necessary. A popup has been added with this information.

Base Damage Reroll On Old Enhancement Items, Melee Fixes

BALANCE
Pre-patch items that had their base damage increased by Enhancement will have their base damage rerolled to new values.

Flurry - Cooldown: 2s -> 3s
Flurry of Blows - Cooldown: 2s -> 3s

FIXED
Fixed some melee skill cooldowns starting over after they were already on cooldown.
Fixed a bug where default melee attack animations could combo more quickly than intended.
