Soon we will celebrate the eighth anniversary of Russian Fishing 4. Over the years, our game has united many people all over the world who love fishing! We are deeply thankful to all of you who supported us for all those years, and are pleased to announce the imminent start of the annual anniversary with interesting challenges, valuable prizes and much more!

- Anniversary challenges are implemented. Log in to the game before 06/22/2025 9:00 UTC and take part in the anniversary challenges for the next 60 days, receiving unique rewards for each stage completed.
- Added six new fish species: Alfonsino, Meagre, Ostrog Whitefish, Midori goi, Albino Grass Carp, Black scabbardfish.
- Collectible cards have been introduced to the game. When catching any fish, there is a chance of getting a card. Sell cards or collect them in collections. By completing a collection, you will receive a statue and an additional skill point. (Hmmm, yummy skill points)
- When entering the game, you can choose to remember your login data. Not applicable to the STEAM version of the game client.
- You now have the option to change your ingame name once for free.
- A restriction has been introduced for participation in competitions with Gold currency. Only players who have reached level 40 can participate in such competitions.
- A new series of casting rods Sputnik Alfa Caster is now available for sale.
- The prices of some entry-level reels have been reduced.
- Fishing stores have expanded their range of spinning, baitcasting and conventional reels.
- The range of spare parts offered in the workshops has been expanded.
- New types of bait have been added to the stores – sets of varietal worms.
- Increased the price at fish markets and the amount of experience points received for catching the following types of fish: Chinese sleeper, Gudgeon, Common Minnow, Lake minnow, Three-spined stickleback, Small Southern Stickleback, Nine-spined stickleback.
- Additional adjustments to the game world have been made to increase the realism of the gameplay.
- Automatic messages about fish caught by players have returned to the game chat. The chat system is still being finalized, so if problems arise in the live environment, these messages may be disabled again.
- Implemented memorable awards for catching trophies of a certain number of fish species. Awards are issued: for catching 3/5/10/15/30/50/75/100 different trophies and rare trophies 1/3/5/7/10/15/20/30/50. Awards for trophies caught in the past will be issued immediately after the first catch of fish of any species and any weight.
- The game world on all water bodies has been reset. Fish can change their habitats and preferences for baits and lures.
- Until 02.06.2025 00:00 UTC, free “Happy Hour” time for all players, and double for players with active premium subscriptions.
Important! If you purchase a premium subscription or activate a premium token subscription during an active “Happy Hour”, the double “Happy Hour” will be activated after the next reset.
