Saboteur

Visual Update

Updated a lot of materials for better visuals. Updated lighting as well and fixed some bugs and performance issues.

New 1 vs 4 Multiplayer Map

The Saboteur must sabotage objectives and deliver an item in order to win. Lights can be turned off permanently leaving the Security with only their flashlights to find the Saboteur. The Saboteur on the other hand has nightvision to be able to see everything.

Also updated the Security attack with a proper visual effect and sound. Pew-Pew!

FSR. Free performance, YAY!

Added FSR to the options for some free performance.
Also fixed some bugs that kind of broke the game. Woops!

Still working on the next campaign mission. Life has been throwing all the sticks in my wheels so progress is slower than anticipated but it's coming!

Single Player Campaign

Yes it's only the first mission right now but the main groundwork is now done and the rest should go a lot faster hopefully. Unless I decide to add crazy new features but we'll see what the future has in store.

There are 9 more missions to make and they are all planned out. So I'm going right back to sleepless nights to get those done as well!

March 8 Update

  • A total revamp of the Laboratory map visuals has been made.
  • Performance has been similarly improved making framerates a lot more stable and a lot higher.
  • Fixed a game breaking bug that randomly froze the game.

Work is also proceeding on the Campaign. Let me share some images with you.

As another bonus the required disc space has also been reduced, because why not!

Single Player Campaign In the Works!

Story Based Content

Play as the Saboteur as he begins his infiltration of the space station. Sabotage your way through several missions with the end goal of blowing up the station. You have to be careful though, as you go further into the station you will enter more secure areas. Avoid detection from the Security forces who will eliminate you if you attract attention.

New Gameplay Features

  • Dialogue System

Talk with scientists to get information on how to complete your objectives.

  • Mission Objectives

Complete objectives to progress to the next mission. You need to figure out how to get past guards, locked doors and forcefields to complete your objectives.

  • Voice Acting

Working towards a more cinematic experience, voice acting is an important part.

When can you expect this update?

This update will come out one mission at a time. Can't say a specific timetable but the first mission will be out in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned!

New Sole Survivor Alien and Map!

The Stalker is small and silent but no less deadly than the Warrior. Actually it might even be deadlier.
With no way of knowing its location it can easily pounce on you out of nowhere. It can't see anything but it has an impressive sense of hearing. Trying to run away will only draw it towards you.

Now go tell it to get spaced!

Single Player: Sole Survivor

The most dangerous specimens collected for research are held in an area with no connection to the rest of the station. Having to take a shuttle to and from the facility has been complained about from the beginning but right now it makes perfect sense. Shame it might get you killed...

The alien specimens have awakened and broken free and are killing everyone in their path. Your only hope is to space them. Preferably without joining them. There is a safe room where you can lock yourself in while spacing the rest of the research area. Any potential survivors will get spaced as well but at least you'll be safe! It requires the activation of several overrides in order to open the safe room door, and they are scattered all over the area. Because of course they are. Things always make as little sense as possible.

Avoid getting seen and cornered by the aliens. Disable doors for temporary security while you finish your tasks. You might want to ignore the dying screams of your co-workers as well.

Do what it takes to become the Sole Survivor!
