Schlocks Is Closing (For Real This Time)
As mentioned in my last post that while Schlocks was able to live free-to-play for a bit, it eventually had to come to a close. Schlocks will be closing and leaving Steam on February 28th.
I once again really appreciate anyone that reached out and played the game over the last few months.
It is possible that Schlocks will re-open again in the future, but only time will tell.

Schlocks Blow-Out
I am coming at you with some good news and some bad news.
The good news is that Schlocks is now free to play! I really hope every gets a chance to try it out and enjoy themselves! I really appreciate everyone that reached out and requested this.
The bad news is that due to business reasons Schlocks will need to be closed in the not so distant future. I'll try to be as forth coming to when that date is so everyone can get a chance to play and grab a copy. It will probably be the end of October, but I'll confirm and post again. Schlocks might re-open in the future, and if it does, it will remain free, but I do not have any idea when that might be.
I think this ends up being the best case scenario. One that I am satisfied with, at least. For the last time, I want to thank everyone, and hope you enjoy your time at Schlocks!

Schlocks Liquidation
I am genuinely touched and surprised by the people that have posted about a sale or reached out to me via other means.
Due to the requests, I am no longer in the process of taking Schlocks down. Instead, I am working to make it free to play.
I'll be looking into seeing if I can find some time or some help to wrap this project up and give it some last TLC. The VR landscape has changed a lot of the last 5~ years, so I want to make sure anyone new to the VR-sphere can participate.

Schlocks Is Closing
Sorry to bring some sad news, but Schlocks is Closing. I appreciate all the support from those that have experienced the title through the paid title or the demo.
Unfortunately, its been a busy couple of years. As a mostly solo developed project I have not been able to give this title as much love and care as I would have liked to.
At this point I think it is better to sunset this project, as VR has come along way since the launch of this title. There are many amazing games out there for people to experience the wonders of VR.
