This spring, there’s a new event on campus where Vikings will explore new racing tracks, fly over new Flight Club levels, and venture into a new maze. Those willing to participate will earn medals that they can later exchange for rare and exclusive rewards.

Snoggletog Has Arrived!
Snow has fallen and temperatures have dropped, but this has not slowed down Vikings in any of their adventures!
As a final hoorah, Hiccup has decided to throw a magnificent celebration this Snoggletog. Vikings will be able to collect cookies along their journey in hopes of exchanging them for rewards this season. From legendary swords to a new Snow Wraith Dragon Armor, Vikings will want every reward on the list!
Vikings will venture out on:
• 5 Story Quests
• 10 daily quests
• 4 new Dragon Tactic levels
• 2 themed Thunder Run Racing tracks
• 4 Flight Club levels

Welcome the New Season with Dreadfall!
Days after the release of the Dreadfall décor, the twins have been stirring up a friendly competition amongst themselves and decided to invite all Vikings to join in on the fun. That’s right! The Dreadfall event has commenced and according to Tuffnut the only rule to follow is to race, battle, quest, and complete the maze as much as possible. Only then will Vikings be awarded exclusive Dreadfall rewards for their courageous participation.
In every adventure, Vikings will earn candy that can be traded for limited-time prizes. Vikings who dare to take this challenge will have the chance to earn higher and greater rewards!
Vikings can expect:
• All-New Quests
• 8 new Dragon Tactic Levels
• Dreadfall Maze
• 2 new Thunder Run Racing Tracks
• 2 Ghost Ships at Daily Battles
Seems like Ruffnut and Tuffnut have been busy and now it’s Vikings turn to prove they have the skills of an Ultimate Dragon Rider as they venture ahead.
As a reminder, the Dreadfall event starts today and will run through November 3 rd., but Vikings will have until October 31st to earn candy.
Vikings start working for those exclusive Dreadfall prizes and above all, have fun alongside the haunting spirits from Valhalla! Fly to the School and embark on this spine-tingling adventure!
Break the Curse in the All-New Hobgobbler Expansion!
This summer the twins have been pulling all sorts of pranks but not all have gone quite as planned, and now they need as much help as possible to restore peace at the school grounds. As usual, Ruffnut and Tuffnut are up to no good, and in hopes of pestering the dearest Gobber, they have managed to get their hands on a couple of Hobgobblers that ultimately get out of control. Now with Hobgobblers running lose across the entire Isle of New Berk, Vikings will have to rise to the challenge and control all the scattered Hobgobblers.
That’s not all! Gobber is convinced that these dragons have brought upon a bad omen and must now be returned to where they came from, leading Vikings to discover a marvelous cave entrance down into the Hidden World!
Once inside Vikings shall prepare to:
• Master 7 new quests
• Explore new areas in the Hidden World Caverns
• Glide through tunnels using the ultimate Hobgobbler Flight Armor!
• Unlock two new levels in Dragon Tactics
• Master all-new mazes
The cavernous home of the Hobgobblers will turn out to be an all-new environment full of beauty and life. From massive crystals to all sorts of colorful corals, Vikings will be left amazed by what lies further into the Hidden World Caverns. Vikings seeking unfamiliar adventures will be sure to get the thrill of a lifetime, starting out with the incredible and stunning Hobgobbler Dragon Armor! Gliding and speeding across the tunnels will leave Vikings mesmerized at the inside beauty from the views above. But beware, to break the curse means the possibility of making a new companion along the way!
With the guidance of the twins, Vikings will be sure to break free from the evil curse that old man Gobber fears the most. For those ready to take on a challenge, fly to campus, and discover the hidden surprises that come with the Curse of the Hobgobbler!

CLASH OF THE CLANS TOURNAMENT: DAY #1
Today is a very important day since it is Pool Play! This is your Clan’s opportunity to advance to the next round and make it to the TOP 8! Every round is important but it is always good to start out with a BANG!

New SoD Updates!
Since the last update, we have welcomed 3 new dragons to school...

- and the Scuttleclaw!
All three dragons have been a great new addition so far and we can’t wait to welcome more dragons in the future (possibly this week ;) )! We also have been continuing to have our bi-weekly Dragon Days and the Raincutter, Whispering Death, and Monstrous Nightmare bundle have been added to the Viking store!
Almost forgot to mention that new items like saddles, farm items, and much more, have been released! Not to mention new quests! Who doesn’t love those? The quests “A Light Dilemma” and “Venus Flytrap” will definitely help you improve your playing skills and keep your dragon entertained! Not to mention, you will be helping fellow SoD staff members like the Headmaster and Bucket, out.
Finally, today was the start of SoD’s Friendship Festival! This 5 day event will have a new, fun, activity posted in the SoD forum every day this week! Hope you all love it as much as we do!

Also, we've added some bug fixes! Thanks for all the great feedback so far, we've fixed the scrolling bug to make it easier to choose your correct age at registration and are actively working on fixing some of the other game play issues you've experienced. Keep checking for more updates and improvements!
