Hello everyone! Here’s another update.



The most important thing—I've fixed a critical mission bug! My apologies! I accidentally released a build with a debug furnace ːsteamfacepalmː. Of course, I’m not going to spend half an hour on every mission just to test a specific element, so I sometimes cheat through certain stages. For example, I might place a furnace in the scene and skip the entire task of building it. But I must have been so exhausted that I forgot to remove it before the release and didn’t even check. It was only a few days later that players informed me about it. So, I apologize for messing up the beginning once again ːsteamfacepalmː.

In any case, I’ve removed the furnace, and now the mission should play out as originally intended.

I can’t say that the update is small—it might seem that way—but I had to rewrite and rework a lot of things in addition to fixing this critical bug.

Here’s a brief list of work done in this update:

- Removed the furnace at the start (critical mission bug)
- Added a craft button to the inventory (since many aren’t used to the radial menu)
- Now you can add items for assembly in parts (very convenient so you don’t have to carry everything at once)
- Rewritten the name key storage system
- Rewritten the save system, now rooms are saved—this is necessary for the next mission
- Fixed furnace for maximum values
- Three people wanted to fly into the furnace x3—here you go.
- Limited zoom to 8 meters
- Added plates behind the grill for those who love searching everywhere.
- Plus, a bunch of small bug fixes with displays, data storage, saves, localization, messed-up names, etc.

After much contemplation about what the game will be, its plot, gameplay mechanics, and quests, we have finally unified it all into a coherent concept.

Yes, we promised an update a month ago, BUT! Just a couple of days before the promised release date, I had an epiphany! I gathered all the ideas, formed a concept, and created a picture. Previously, I couldn't figure out the best way to release updates due to a lack of experience, and the plot demanded a lot. For example, I couldn't start the game from the very beginning because 3D objects were needed – a lot of 3D objects, animations, sounds, prefabs, etc. I couldn't manage it all in a short time. But now I have the idea to start from a relatively empty place, implement the basic game functionality, set up the infrastructure, and develop the project by adding new objects and building scenes without changing the foundation.

For well-known reasons, I had to put the project on hold for 2 years. But at the beginning of 2024, I resumed development, rewriting and creating many things from scratch.

Here are the key achievements:



A complete item, inventory, and crafting system has been developed from scratch.

Previously, there was no real way to do anything with collected resources, but now there's a huge potential for crafting. Items can be crafted from collected resources or other items. The system is fully written, and the simple task ahead is to fill the game with new objects using the existing tool.

The save game system has been completely rewritten and improved.

Now many objects in space can save their states and positions. The system is as convenient as possible for me and will help implement a multiplayer mode with unique encryption in the future.

Effects for building, welding, etc., have been implemented.

This detail was sorely lacking for construction, which is the basis of my game. We will be building ships and structures, and now the tools are available. You can now build individual components and whole structures with unique properties.

The control system has been reworked.

The camera is now more stable, drone control has been added, and keys can be remapped in the future.

A lot of 3D objects (a lot for me as a programmer) and SFX sounds have been added to the project.

Skills in these areas are actively developing, so filling levels and missions shouldn't be a problem.

Plans for Future Updates:



Now that the major challenges have been overcome, the plan is to advance the plot by adding new levels and objects. I no longer need to invent low-level tools like "panels, doors, engines, saving," etc. I don't need to create the lore and concept anymore – it's all formed. All that's left is to create new 3D objects, find or record music and sounds, and assemble new locations.

Yes, we're still alive, no matter what swear words they call us.... =)
And we are still working on the development of the game.

Over the last year there has been a complete rethinking of the game concept and what form it will eventually take.

In this series of posts our main (and only) developer will tell you what difficulties we had to face and what to expect in the next update and in the game as a whole.

Well, let's start with perhaps the most interesting and long—awaited — what awaits us in the near future - presumably on June 1, 2024 ;)

«In the update I will give one of the missions where we were shipwrecked on one of the ships. How we got there and what happened will remain behind the scenes. That's why there is no blue ship (Miner) and our station there - it's a part of the story that runs as a separate chapter.

In this mission you will be able to try new mechanics such as crafting, inventory, solving simple puzzles. The main task is to help the octopuses get out, because the ship is broken, and there is no connection, and the engines are broken - we will have to restore all this.

A little technical features of the update:




  • you start the game on a wrecked ship - you have only the simplest tools - some are nearby, others will have to search the ship;

  • to search you will have to go through the rooms and fix broken doors, or find another way to get there - here you have to be smart;

  • Since we have nothing, you will have to open workbenches and devices to create from simple to complex;
    Here too you will see everything, but the point is that in order to get simple sheets for cladding it is not enough to just collect ore - you will have to process it somehow in some of the devices.

  • The ultimate goal of the mission is to establish communication by building an antenna, repair the ship and return back.


Here I will try to use all the basic mechanics that I would like to test on your game.
I want to read the criticism and opinions, and when everything is satisfactory and clear - move on.

The 3D models are still very weak - I'm not emphasizing on them now, because I need to refine the tools and mechanics of the game. Otherwise I'll have to redo a lot of things - for example, the blue ship is the 4th time I'm redoing it because of major changes in the game.

PS: I don't want to cheat anyone or “cheat for money” - I just want to make a game that I myself would like to play. But to do that I need to first understand what I myself want and how to realize it...

We are still alive and working on the game =)

At this stage, we are making a system of quests and dialogues, so that in one of the next updates you will have the opportunity to test it in action.

The task is not easy — many things have to be developed from scratch. And our developer is trying very hard to do everything efficiently and to foresee problems that may arise during the game.

This is a working ship - it welds the skin, carries small fragments and objects.
Finally finished and it is already possible to fly on it.

Unfortunately, this ship will have to be added ahead of time, since it is considered a second-generation ship and we have other workers in our plans before it. But while they are being finalized, we will hone the system on this.

What is planned in the update - we will start with a minimal hangar and this ship. Then you will have to carry all the garbage and ore to build a "Worker" (a slightly larger ship) and a dock. And then, with the help of the dock, we build a miner and get to the part where the game is stuck now.

We will tell you everything as it is. The work is in full swing. There is a lot of work, and there are even more constraining factors - you understand everything perfectly.

Initially, there was only one person in the project who drew models and programmed, now there is a very small team of assistants :)

We solve several complex issues at once:

1. In what form to present the building: whether it will be modular, "farm" or something of its own. At this stage, we have chosen one system - let's try to implement it and see what happens.

Construction is one of the most important and difficult tasks in the project. The gameplay, the presentation of the plot and everything in the world will depend on this. We want to make it simple and not complicated, because the main task is still the story, plot and adventure - and construction is the result of the final development and achievements in the game - in principle, as in many games, new buildings will be available to complete missions and plots. And I want to tie it all together in a reasonable way.

The main developer initially planned to build simple buildings exclusively "for show". but then it occurred to us - why not make it so that you can walk inside these buildings - we think it's pretty cool. Because of this, the models have become more complex, and the textures are of higher quality. In general, it's not difficult, but it added work.

2. The miner's ship will be the main ship in the game, which means that it is necessary to increase its detail, make it possible to walk on it, add details (for example, maneuvering engines, clearer textures or more realistic windows).

3. The design of the old civilization was also invented! You can see the surviving drone, which will also be an assistant at the beginning of the game - it will help to study old inscriptions, open passages to ruins, etc.

4. A new ship will appear - a "worker", he will mainly be engaged in the construction and extraction of small stones needed at the initial stage of the game to build a mining ship.

5. Another important stage is that some part of the game is being rewritten to improve the graphics and add new logic. In general, this is a new project with ideas taken from the old one (the situation is normal, all the garbage is removed - the architecture is improving, and the weight of the project is decreasing)

Hello dear users!

I would like to give some explanations why the game has been frozen lately and nothing new is happening.

The update was planned at the end of February, but due to not very favorable events affecting our country, we had to pause in development and solve many other problems that arose as a result: starting from blocking some programs and services and ending with banal household worries.
Now the production together with the developers has moved to another country and the preparation of the update is in full swing.

The project is not abandoned and we are very sorry that we haven't posted anything for a long time. Alas, sometimes circumstances are stronger than us, but we try very hard so that it does not greatly affect you and the game as a whole.

Thank you for believing in the game and leaving good reviews - it is very motivating and helps to develop the project!

The first release gave a lot of useful information that allowed us to close the dark spots and understand
which way to move.

We received a lot of feedback, which allowed us to better understand what the players want and how to implement it. Thanks to this, new mechanics appeared that were not originally planned in the game, such as a drone, the ability to move around the ship, a first-person view,
and improved ship control.

With the addition of new mechanics and ideas, I had to take time to think about them and how to combine it all, in other words, I had to think a lot about how to bring these components together and fit
them into the plot. And of course all this requires development from scratch and that's what we've been doing all January
and we continue to do now.
But we are slowly approaching the stage of completing the next update in which some of these elements will be available, while others will appear later.

Now it should be easy since the main vector is already there, all the stages have been thought out and there is a clear idea of what and how to do.

By the way, early access showed quite interesting statistics.
For example, the 3rd most popular country in which the game was bought was Germany. And with a very high percentage. This motivates us to add a new language for localization - German. Alas, there is no native speaker among my friends, so we will translate with ordinary translators.

Quest hotfix

- removed the debug buttons (1-2-3...0)
- fixed a bug with the disappearance of the reset button (after the end of the game)
- fixed zeroing of parameters at the start of a new game.
- fixed the transition from quest to quest as well as the download mode.

P.S. quests were developed from scratch for about 3 days, so they will be completely rewritten taking into account all the experience of using them in the code. Quests were not planned to be added to the pre-alpha. they were a bonus. however, they came out sideways...
