Tomorrow at 19:00 CET, Secret Government will officially be coming out of Early Access.
As already mentioned in a previous announcement, we’ll also be having a special livestream with a giveaway, where viewers will be randomly selected to win a collection of game keys from 1C Publishing’s portfolio.
The Livestream will also kick off at 19:00 CET. Details on how to participate in the giveaway will be shared in the livestream itself, so make sure you show up on time!
Important News about Linux Version
Despite our best efforts, the Linux version is still not on a level where we consider it ready for final release.
If you’re on the Linux version and wish to continue playing post-launch, a new branch called "Early access" will become available for you. You will need to change the branch in your Steam account (see screenshots below). This will allow you to continue on the same Early Access build that you are using right now.
Once the full game build is ready, you will be able to switch back to the default branch and play the game.
The full Linux Build is expected to be ready for publishing at the end of April.

Secret Government Special Launch Livestream and Giveaway!
Brethren, the hour is at hand! Secret Government will be coming out of Early Access this Thursday, April 15th.

As you know, Secret Government is currently in its final phases of Early Access. Due to the nature of development during these phases, the game is constantly undergoing changes that will make older save game files incompatible.
While we understand that some players might be frustrated at losing their progress, please understand that this is an integral part of the early development process.

Secret Government will leave early access on 15th of April!
Greetings brethren! The stars are finally aligned correctly as has been prophesized and we can now announce that Secret Government will leave Early Access on the 15th of April!
The full release update will bring improvements to the Free Play mode, along with performance optimization, UI and UX enhancements as well as several other minor and major fixes. Moreover, this update will add Steam achievements for all members of our brotherhood!
Realpolitiks II comes out of Early Access on April 8th!

As we are getting closer and closer to our ultimate goal and our brotherhood grows, we have decided to launch a public playtest, so that the world can see us for who we truly are! The playtest will take place here on Steam via the new Playtest function and will be publicly available even to those who haven't joined our brotherhood yet! Currently we are planning to start the playtest in mid-March as the planets will be aligned perfectly for this purpose. We also want to point out that we are still working on implementing the feedback we have received from our Early Access supporters and that is still a priority for us as we are gearing up towards a full launch. However we would appreciate feedback even from those who are uninitiated into the secrets of our brotherhood, and to see what we could do to bring in even more brethren to join our cause.
