I hope everyone is having a good weekend! Recently, it came to our attention that the game would not open on MacOS. After doing some research and testing, I found that this was due to the Mac export option on Construct 2 (the game engine that SoA is built in) currently being unstable and required a work-around to get it to function properly. I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused some of our Mac users, as this was not the case when the game initially launched, so I was unaware of the recent Mac export stability issues.
This update fixes the Mac compatibility problem that some of you may have experienced recently. Also, shoutout to Steam user ianexBY55 for bringing this issue to our attention!

Winter Update - Achievements and New Music!

It has been a little quiet on our end lately, but we now have a pretty exciting update for you. Version 1.04 of the game now includes Steam Achievements and updated music throughout the game! So, if you have already played through the game, now is a perfect time to go back in, discover some new music tracks and earn those achievements. If you haven't played it yet, it's a great time for you to jump in and try it out. Full patch notes below:

Patch 1.03
As stated in the last patch notes, I said I'd be updating to fix the keyboard/mouse dashing bug. Well here it is! Patch notes below:

Fixed an issue where you could dash through doors when playing with a keyboard and mouse. (I've done some extensive testing on this and have not been able to re-create the bug since I implemented the fix, so it should be completely fixed. BUT if anyone still runs into this issue after updating, please let me know in the comments or in a separate discussion thread so I can look into it. Thanks)

When playing with a keyboard/mouse, it is unfortunately possible to dash through closed doors. If this happens to you, you should be able to dash back into the room. This is a major issue I will be fixing in the next patch, hopefully by the end of this weekend (10/22). In the meantime, I would recommend playing with a controller
