Selatria Alpha Testing Starts April 24th!
Hello Everyone!
If you haven't heard already, We are planning on opening Alpha testing for our game Selatria! We are looking for individuals experienced playing the first half of the game (Selatria: Advent of the Dakk'rian Empire) or new players who have never played it before but are interested in trying it out! Experienced Players will start in Chapter 4, our unreleased and new chapter to the story!
We plan on starting Alpha testing on April 24th, in which participants will be emailed information on how to test it out and asked for their honest opinion on what they think of the game so far!
Our studio is in the works of releasing the second half of our fantasy RPG game "Selatria"! It's a love letter to older Final Fantasy Games back on the SNES. It follows Mage and Melanie's story, two academic students who suddenly find themselves forced to fight a grudge war. Mage and Melanie embark on a journey to reclaim their hometown known as Avalia!
Alpha Testing for the game will begin on April 24th, so we have opened up the Alpha Testing sign-up google form for anybody that would be interested in playing the new sections of our game! You'll be one of the first individuals to try out our game!
Here is the link to the Sign-up form: https://forms.gle/7XC1NWcNemL6PqKU8

Delisting Update!
Hello everyone!
On July 28, 2020, we announced that we were planning on delisting Selatria: Advent of The Dakk’rian Empire from the Steam Store. We made that decision because we did not have a way for players who never purchase part one of Selatria, but purchased part two to start off on Part two without encountering significant issues. This is because so much of part two of the game is dependent on Part one. Therefore, our original plan was to delist the game and focus on releasing a full version of the game. After talking with Steam officials, it doesn’t seem that we can go the delisting route and that is why the game remains available on Steam now.
After some time, we decided that we will be doing two things:
First, we will be keeping Selatria: Advent of the Dakk’rian Empire (which is the first half of the game) up and running with proper updates AND we will release the second half of Selatria as a purchasable DLC when the complete game is released in 2021, which will mean that the full game will be available here on this store page!
We will also be releasing a single Selatria: Full Version, which is the complete game to be released later this year. This version would be a Collector’s Edition/Definitive Edition. It will include Achievements, brand-new Trading Cards, and a digital download for the Selatria Soundtrack!
Here is the Store page for “Selatria: Full Version”: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1052040/Selatria/ For individuals that have purchased the Selatria: Advent of the Dakk’rian Empire in the past, thank you so much for all your support for all these years! If you decide to purchase Selatria: The Full Version instead of the DLC for Part two, then you will be able to receive an additional digital Selatria Artbook!
In order to receive the artbook, you must show proof of purchase of both Selatria: Advent of the Dakk’rian Empire and Selatria: The Full Version. A Google Support Form outlining more details of how all of this will work will be created near the release date of Selatria! We will give you an update when it is released!
Thank you very much, whimindie
Our game "Spellbearers" is Live On Kickstarter!
Hello everyone!
Thank you for supporting our games and staying connected with us here at whimindie!
Regarding Selatria, We did announce the Delisting of Selatria, and taking off the purchase ability, but it turns out that doing so is not possible by Steam. Therefore, This Selatria Page will remain, and the game will still be purchasable. But We will raise the price soon to $7.50, to align with the other half of the game that will come out in the first quarter of 2021.
But in other news, we have a major announcement for one of our other games!
We have a new announcement for our game "Spellbearers"! As of today, we have launched a Kickstarter campaign for the game, and we wanted to invite everyone to support the project. Our tier rewards will include Kickstarter exclusive merch and best value prices for digital PC copies of the game. A special launch-day early bird tier will have the game priced at $6 for the first 50 people. The price of the game will be moved up to $14.99 on release, so if you’re interested be sure to check it out! Spellbearers is our Retro-Meets-Modern Fantasy Twin-Stick Shooter that takes a lot of inspiration from the SNES era of games such as "Super Smash TV" and "The Legend Of Zelda"! Please check it out on our Kickstarter page! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/groverwhim/spellbearers-snes-inspired-fantasy-twin-stick-shooter
