Differences between Senko no Ronde 2 & DUO
For players of the previous installment or those curious, here is a quick rundown of the changes made.
DUO
Senko 2 (international art)
Overall
More bullets/effects & gameplay has been sped up.
Removed 'parameter strengthening' partner type.
Streamlined the partner system: now pilot and partner are preset.
Melee combo attacks now favour the person who hits first (simultaneous hits will cancel each other out).
Extra Abilities
Added an ability to each partner, giving a wider range to use.
Abilities can now be used multiple times in one round (once gauge has recovered).
Shot
Removed compulsory reload allowing for continual fire.
Barrier/Shield
Barrier now provides full protection from all but a few attacks (beams & napalm).
Main melee attack and Bullet Canceller attacks can now be guarded.
Charge Gauge
Gauge can now be recharged by picking up items as well.
Items are dropped when doing damage to an opponent or destroying enemy projectiles/drones etc.
Using Bullet Canceller to cancel an opponent's attacks also drops items.
Once gauge is empty, your mech overheats disabling barrier, Barrage Attack and B.O.S.S. mode.
Melee Attacks
Adjusted melee attack motions so they would 'home in' on an opponent and thus connect easier.
Normal Bullet Cancellers can be cancelled into a dash.
B.O.S.S. Mode
Removed bonus to Armour Gauge after exiting B.O.S.S. mode.
Removed reduction to armour gauge when using an SP attack in B.O.S.S. mode.

9/15 Update: Fix for multiple button input during online play

Fixed a few minor localisation issues
If you find any other issues, please report them here.
In particular, if you have any online issues which can be replicated, we're looking into fixes now so any additional information is appreciated.

9/11 Update: Fix for Character Select during online play
Bug description: When playing online, certain conditions would result in the player being able to see their opponent's character select screen, but not their own. This has now been fixed.
Updates
Fixed a bug where online character select would show the other player's character
Changed button icons to X Input icons (Options > Controls)
If you find any other issues, please report them here.
Thanks for playing Senko no Ronde 2!
9/8 Update: A fix to the online controller pairing bug
Bug description: If you played online and you are NOT the host of the match, your controller button mapping was paired to your Player 2 controls. This would result in the player being forced to play using the default button mapping even if you had re-mapped your Player 1 controls. The workaround was to have a second controller plugged in and to re-map those controls.
This bug has been fixed and both hosting player and non-hosting player's controls will reflect the controls that have been mapped to one's Player 1 configuration.
If you find any other issues, please report them here.
