Shadow Warrior 3 Hotfix update 1.05b
Hey guys, 1.05b hotfix is now live! Thank you for your feedback and support.
Fixed bug where player would lose challenge progress on death. Dying after progressing in a challenge that was started since the last checkpoint will now display correct progress in the inventory after respawning.
Fixed bug where wrong string would be displayed in the hero mode death screen.
Shadow Warrior patch 1.05 New Game+
Hey everyone, we have some exciting news today!
The new Shadow Warrior 3 update includes a heavily requested feature, and that is the "New Game+" game mode!
Start any level of the game with all of your weapons in the inventory. The weapon pickups are still present in pre-defines spots on locations just like in the regular campaign, but this time around they simply add ammunition to that weapon in the Inventory.
You also get to keep all your upgrades and progress for challenges you haven not unlocked yet. On top of that! There are new special challenges specifically made for New Game+ that are added under the "Challenges" tab.
Killing Bunnies in "New Game+" deals damage to the player but does not apply "The Curse". However in the player is permanently cursed and a special version of Oni-Hanma demons now appear on pre-defined arenas more often throughout the game and sometimes in larger numbers with one encounter.
Each of these new challenges consists of description of the task that Player must perform, progress counter and the new reward called “Warrior Point”. Player obtains one Warrior Point for each Special Challenge. Claiming that point builds up the “Warrior Rank” with which you get to unlock new weapon skins, which you claim from the newly added “Rewards” section in the main menu.

we are really happy with all the feedback that you have been providing in the past few months and we're also very happy with how well received the "Hardcore" difficulty was. In today's patch we are once again adding a new difficulty mode called "Hero Mode"- a game modifier that brings a greater challenge. Play with a limited amount of lives and earn them by doing Finishers. Beware however, as when you run out of lives, you lose your progress forever. Completing the mode gives you the new Outlaw weapon skin “Scorch”. Another addition to this patch is the "Chapter Select" screen. You will be able to select and play previously unlocked missions. Oh and before I forget, there is a free "Frostbite" skin for the Basilisk weapon waiting for you in this patch.

Shadow Warrior 3 Steam Trading Cards are live!
Hey everyone! We are happy to announce that Shadow Warrior 3 players are now eligible to receive Steam trading cards.
There are 10 cards to collect. Getting them all will allow you to craft a cool Lo Wang badge for your profile. On top of that you will receive cool Shadow Warrior themed emojis and profile backgrounds, one of it being a Massive F'ing Dragon!!
To collect cards and craft a badge, simply play the game. Up to half of the entire card set is dropped that way and they drop at random intervals. For the rest of the cards you will have to put your trading skills to some good use. Perhaps join our discord server and do some trading! Once you have a full set of cards, you craft them into a badge and get rewarded with random emojis and backgrounds.

Hey there everyone! Today’s fortune cookie tells us there is a new patch for Shadow Warrior 3, which includes brand new Hardcore difficulty, a hard difficulty rebalance, and many more quality of life improvements. Let's give them a look!
Introducing - Hardcore difficulty!
On Hardcore difficulty, enemies hit even harder and use every opportunity to punish your mistakes. Resources also come in less generous numbers, so long story short Grasshopper - don't get hit and watch your aim! Last stand invulnerability timer has been reduced.
General Balance Changes.
Katana fire attack projectile speed, explosion range and burn chance increased.
Katana ice attack freeze effect duration reduced.
Katana's electric attack range decreased.
Sidekicks’ damage slightly increased and spread decreased.
HP amount restored from the Finishers now varies with Difficulty.
Adjusted the Health Points of certain enemies.
Enemy Health Points are now the same across difficulties (except bosses).
Shuriken Spitter does not register headshots anymore.
Health and Ammo orbs respawn-time now varies with Difficulty.
The amount of Health and Ammo restored from the orbs now varies with Difficulty.
Last Stand invulnerability-time decreased.
Thorn's damage now varies with Difficulty.
Kugutsu accuracy and projectile speed increased.
Laser Shogun laser now stops on enemies.
Riot Gun range slightly decreased.
