Tiny Echo is released

Tobii eyetracking support
Look! Shelter 2 is now available with Tobii eyetracking support!
Tune your senses and experience a little more in the dimensions of hunting, caring, and exploring.

Eye tracking features include:

  • Infinite screen - Camera movement with eye tracking.
  • Cub communication - Look at a cub and meow to get a response on how they are feeling.
  • Hunting vision - Enhanced focus when looking at prey animals.






There is also a few additions and fixes:

  • The skin from the mother in Paws is now available for players who own Paws.
  • Crouch in hard mode is now togglable.
  • It is no longer possible to get stuck in menues because of keybinding the pause/escape function to left click.

Paws - New project from Might and Delight

This is a standalone spinoff from Shelter 2, where you play as a lynx cub.

Patch 2015-11-24
We have received requests to make it possible to not load the Mountains DLC, for a number of reasons.

Regardless if you want a calmer experience, if it's too difficult, or if you just want a temporary break from the new threats - we want Shelter 2 to be for everybody.

The patch includes:

  • Option to enable/disable the Mountains DLC threats (available in the gameplay options menu)

Shelter 2

Tomorrow, the 16th of October, is the commercial release of the Steam controller!
We celebrate this with a little patch where we have compatability with the Steam controller and give some long needed care to the controller functionality in Shelter 2.

The patch includes:

  • Compability with the Steam Controller.
  • Default setting for controller input, button for this is located in the input settings menu.
  • Interface in menues and tutorials now show the conventional key names for (common) controllers.
  • If you have an empty save file and a controller plugged in, you will now get the controller default mapping automatically.
