Hey, guys!

We are working hard on improving the game and it's systems and today we've re-made system that allows you to walk the forest through. From now on character will be running by itself and you'll have to be sure that you've gathered resources and killed enemies in time.

besides, we've implemented several fixes:

- Player's animation is improved
- Added sound volume
- Improved tutorial
- Improvide flying enemies
- Improved UI
- Sigils no have prices
- Fixed critical bugs
- Spawns are improved
- misc fixes

Sheol - Patch 0.978

Hey, guys!

We continue to develop Sheol and implement new features on weekly basis. Today we want to share with you what we've done for a week.

- Ai of enemies was improved. Each enemy now has unique abilities and behaviour. Please note, though, that this is just a start and we'll add more enemies and abilities in future



- We've added basic system of quests and achievements. It's still in development though.
- New visuals were added
- Sound effects were also added - now you can hear basic SFX. We continue to improve that aspect and will add more sounds in future.
- UI was improved
- We've fixed bugs and provided small optimization



We hope to provide more cool improvements and changes in our next content update. Next time, we'll add plot events and sigil system.

Hey, Guys!!

Today we want to share new update as well as our plans for future: in our debut patch we've added ground for upcoming new mechanics and brought some extra fixes.

Technical aspects:
- Improved performance
- Some critical bugs fixed
- Improved unit positioning system in the Forest

Gameplay
- Increased resource collection area
- A new object called "Obelisk of pain" added in test mode to the Forest
- More detailed Forest levels results window
- Movement system has been changed
- Save system was improved

UI
- Improved various windows, icons and other UI details
- Resources in deficiency for building are highlighted in red
- Added greeting message
- Other of minor edits and improvements

Misc
-Various aspects were improved



And now let us tell you more about mechanics that will be added in following patches:

Artifacts



While roaming the forest of dead, you'll be able to find a chest. Once opened, it Takes 2 Piety levels and give random artfacts that can provide upgrade as well as curse.

Artifacts will be divided into several groups:

-Fight
-Exploration
-Characteristics
-Upgrades

We hope to provide more interesting runs across forest with artifacts that are to change some gameplay rules.

Sigils



Also, now you can find Obelisk of Pain in forest, which you can activate by dealing damage to the enemies.
By filling the damage bar, you can upgrade random Sigil (Upgraded Sigil has its own number, that represent its level)
Every Sigil has its own battle effect, that can be activated by clicking on the respective icon.

Example of Sigils that you will be using:



Sigil “Curse” – deals damage over time
Sigil “Acceptance” – player becomes invincible for a certain amount of time
Sigil “Disobedience” – slows down enemies
Sigil “Perception” – allows to gather more resources from the enemy in this fight
Sigil “Shame” – allows to stop the time to pick vulnerable parts of the enemy and deal damage when time unfreezes.

Not all sigils are activated by icon click. There is certain chance to activate it which depends on the character level and Sigil upgrade.

Quests



At the moment we are doing our best to finish quest system that will allow to implement deep story into default mode. Right now all you can do is grinding resouces at forest to build objects. That's not fun at all. So, we aim to bring cool and dark narrative to make each forest run special and give a chance to move towards story and judge dead souls. As this is your main task in our game. With quest system the game will get more unique story lines and tasks.
