Sherlock Holmes Chapter One won the Narrative CEEGA Award!
Before last weekend’s Game Industry Conference in Poland, we knew that our Sherlock Holmes Chapter One was nominated for four (!) CEEGA Awards; Best Audio, Best Game, Best Narrative, and Visual Style. Seeing our name amongst the nominees was fulfilling enough. However, hearing our name called out for the Best Narrative award was really something… special. A vindication for all the hard work we’ve all put in. And here’s the award, for all you curious minds out there!

The moment is finally upon us. We've launched our Kickstarter! As of now, you can be part of Sherlock Holmes The Awakened history. To mark the occasion, we’re thrilled to share with you our Sherlock Holmes The Awakened reveal trailer. In this first official footage, we show a young Holmes and Watson fleeing for their lives. A “misunderstanding” of sorts has led the New Orlean Sheriffs' Department to hunt down the duo. After a few near misses from some shotguns, the budding detectives escape into the depths of the surrounding swamps. But something seems noticeably off, let alone with Sherlock, who seems to already be losing his hold on reality.

We hope that you are safe and well.
If you are following our social media channels, you might have noticed that we are working on our next game, which is Sherlock Holmes The Awakened. Some time ago we teased our new project as Project Palianytsia. Now we can officially say that our next game is the full from-the-ground-up remake and substantial rewrite of Sherlock Holmes The Awakened - a dark, HP Lovecraft-inspired story infused with the narrative arc of a young Sherlock Holmes taking on his first big case.
To say we are excited about this game is an understatement. As much as we love a good mystery, we also love the idea of having one of the greatest minds lose control. The Awakened remake sees a young Sherlock take on his first major case alongside his newly acquainted sidekick, John Watson. What seems like a straightforward case of a missing person quickly spirals into a web of conspiracies by a nefarious cult that worships the eldritch god Cthulhu and is attempting to bring about an ancient prophecy. The game will take the detective duo across 4 locations — Victorian London, a Swiss psych ward, the New Orleans bayous, and the Scottish Highlands — as they try to separate reality from the supernatural while trying to put a stop to these shadowy madmen.
To bring this game to you, we will be starting a Kickstarter campaign real soon. Why Kickstarter? Well, as you may know, our homeland, Ukraine, is in a state of war. And this war is continually throwing new challenges at us that each time requires we stop, regroup, and adapt. This takes time, effort, and in some cases, money that would normally be marked to fund the production of a game. We have the majority of the game finalised so to speak. However, there is a lot more that we are adding and changing, hence why this is a full remake and not just a remaster.
The Awakened’s original horror story has been rewritten. It now features a younger Sherlock and how his bond with Watson was formed through a case filled with truly haunting and traumatic events. We created modern graphics from scratch, remade entire cutscenes, implemented a new third person camera, did a full UI overhaul, reworked many of gameplay mechanics and loads more. We also plan to record and implement all-new voice acting, create additional side quests and add additional investigation mechanics to expand your set of detective tools. We also have some additional features and enhancement ideas that we are considering if knew we had the additional resources and flexibility to do so. And this is where Kickstarter can help us out a lot.
Through crowdfunding, we can secure all these needs and also safeguard the overall funding of the game, knowing full well we now have the guaranteed means to finish the game and handle any hurdles we could face as this war evolves. This safety net will allow us to put our team’s needs and security first as we adapt to whatever comes next without the fear that doing so will derail our entire development and funding. At the same time, this Kickstarter campaign will allow us to get closer to you too. You’ll be able to receive a copy of our game at a cheaper price than usual. You will be able to get Kickstarter exclusive in-game content. And finally, you’ll get the chance to be etched into our game itself!

You will see works that depict the game’s locations, characters, clothing, streets, art, and anything else that helps bring the world of Sherlock Holmes Chapter One to life.

Now, here’s the situation. Mycroft's agents were outsmarted, and someone stole confidential documents. You are now facing a shadowy figure known only as M. It appears there is a worthy opponent at large on Cordona.
The M For Mystery DLC is free for all owners of the Deluxe Edition and the Season Pass.
Download it and the new quest line will start automatically after the first main case (Ghosts of the Past) and the combat tutorial have been completed.
While this DLC concludes the Season Pass content plan, we still have free cosmetic items to release in the near future. So stay tuned for more Sherlock Holmes Chapter One goodies.

Major Performance Update plus Free "Plague Doctor Pack" DLC are here!
Hello detectives,
They say that the best things in life are free. Is this true? Well, we’re not entirely sure. So to test this theory, we’ve decided to release a DLC pack featuring some brand-new outfits all for free. As of right now, you have two new outfits to try out - the classic Plague Doctor costume and the scientifically proven highly sophisticated Laboratory Coat.
We also have a brand new patch that improves performance, gets rid of nasty bugs, improves the quality of life, and adds a few smaller features. You can see the detailed list right below the post.
Catch the fever young Sherlock. It’s time to diagnose who the culprit is. And if you love taking screenshots of our game and you decide to use our new outfits, do send your screens to us! We love seeing what you all come up with.

The “Mycroft’s Pride” DLC is here!
Welcome detectives,
We are happy to announce that a new Sherlock Holmes Chapter One DLC - Mycroft’s Pride is now available for you to play!
The new DLC contains all new set of cases sent by your big brother himself. The Empire needs you young Sherlock. Our homeland’s security is at stake! This new questline will be available after you receive a letter from Mycroft at Sherlock's Manor. The second main quest (A Gilded Cage), and a side quest (Love, Death, and Cordona) must be completed first.
The DLC also comes with a new side quest “In for a Penny”. Many years ago, Mycroft stole your coin collection and hid them around the island for a treasure hunt. It's time to reclaim what's yours. The side quest is activated after picking up a specific item at Sherlock's manor.
Mycroft’s Pride also comes with a new outfit for both Sherlock and Jon (no one said you can’t look good while saving the Empire, did they?).
You can buy the Mycroft’s Pride DLC separately or as part of the Sherlock Holmes Chapter One Season Pass.
