Balance Changes

• The Fortune Zone Store can now generate Legendary equipment (both rare and expensive!).
  
• The Fortune Zone Store can now generate equipment from blueprints you own (e.g Premium worker blueprints, blueprints from packs, etc).
  
• Tier 11 items can now show up as Fortune Zone Store rewards.
  
• Reduced the cost of Champions Coins in the Fortune Zone Store.
