It's PDD back with some news about our upcoming game, Shred & Tear. Before we dive in, I hope you've all been keeping well and maybe even trying out some new cooking skills in the kitchen. I've been experimenting with some new recipes myself, and it's been a nice change of pace from the intense game development process.
Official Demo reschedule … but !
Now, onto the news. I really want to apologize for the delay in the release of our official demo. We had planned to launch it in March, but as you know, game development can be unpredictable. We want to ensure the game is polished to perfection before releasing it to our valued players. The demo has been moved to Q3/2023, but in the meantime, we have a special treat planned for you. Stay tuned for an invitation-only, private event that we'll be announcing in April. It's going to be a blast!

Now, let's talk about some exciting new features we've been cooking up. We've added a custom control mapping option to the game's menu, so you can adjust settings like camera shake, FOV, armor type, and difficulty level to your liking. It's like creating your own personal recipe for the perfect gaming experience. Personally, I like to play with no armor, just the right amount of camera shake, and the highest difficulty level. But, just like in cooking, everyone has their own unique tastes.

Speaking of unique tastes, we've been testing out a new "gory kill" feature that involves adding bloody minced meat everywhere. It's not for the faint of heart, but for those who enjoy a little extra spice in their games, it's sure to satisfy. Kajun-chan looks like she's making alien meatballs, and it's both gruesome and hilarious at the same time.

Omake
Kajun-chan was known as the "chosen one" with an unparalleled level of aggression. However, she soon realized that she couldn't defeat machines unless she became one herself. Tentamon had a plan to transform Kajun-chan into the ultimate weapon, powerful enough to help them conquer Earth. But little did they know, their plan would be a double-edged sword. Kajun-chan was not one to be tamed easily and things did not turn out in their favor. I’m proud to say she’s on our side!
