I have been working on a new game for the past while, as well as going to University. That is why I haven’t been here working on SIGURAT content or promoting the game. I apologize for this. But alas! I am back!
What is this new game all about?
MEKA SIGURAT is my new FPS physics sandbox game about shooting/blasting/beating ROBOTS! Use hundreds of different items including weapons, ammos, consumables, grenades, placeables and more to FIGHT FOR YOUR SURVIVAL!
MEKA SIGURAT is my second-ever game! If no intergalactic calamity occurs, It should be released by the end of FEBRUARY and the price will be ~$15 USD.

So what is the fate of SIGURAT? The spaceship shooty one? Well, before I started working on this new game I was knee-deep in developing some new SIGURAT content.
If the launch of my new game MEKA SIGURAT goes smoothly, and I am able to fix any important bugs that players have in a timely manner, then I plan to at least finish the SIGURAT update that I was working on. There is lots of polish I would love to do in SIGURAT once I have the time. Especially a UI revamp.

Update 4 - Score Multiplier + Tweaks
Score Bonus Multiplier
Slowly increase your score multiplier by destroying ships and gaining large amounts of points!
Take too long a break from gaining points, and the multiplier will begin to rapidly decay!
Rewards the most aggressive pilots!
It is capped at 2x for now, lmk what u guys think
Less Exciting Changes
Entities with less than 16 hit points will now use a more sensitive set of values for the sprite damage system, now they should suffer more vibrant visual damage than before
Completely redid LOGS user interface + code, logs can now contain images. will make logs easier to keep track of and navigate in future. still haven't decided how to go about world building since i'm not a creative writer
Game will now remember each players last used ship and automatically select it at main menu screen
Cutter and Welder are no longer starting ships, but instead cheap shipyard ships to encourage new players to play a bit longer than they might normally
Increased prices of shipyard ships, they were super easy to unlock and now with the score multiplier it will be even easier to earn credits
Buffed missles of the Lancer [CH] - will now steer away from asteroids, as well as path around asteroids to hit their target (epic gaming)
Buffed the clipper in every aspect
Buffed the bruiser in [̵͇̟̀͆͘b̵̘̦̓̔͝o̴̙̟̙̿͝m̸̢͎͍͐͊͘b̸̙̦̦͐͒͠]̸̼͉͖́͘ aspect
Changed sprite of that one enemy laser that was tiny and hard to see, its now a long skinny guy
Changed nearly all machinegun/bullet firing sounds to have more meat on their bones
Reduced points for destroying [̵̢̻̫̔̓R̵͚͕̼͆̐͝E̴̠̝̟͐̔͊D̵͚̠̘̾̽̕Ä̴͉̺͕́͘̚Ć̴̘̠͘͜͝T̴̡̻̺̒̾̕E̸̡̙̓̈́̚D̸͚͔͌͌͒]̴͇̫͌͝͝

- Fixed a bug that caused blueprints to spawn multiple products - Made the Winger spawn its allies behind itself instead of inside - Made the Viper use more energy

New Effect: Procedurally generated visual sprite damage based on damage taken
New Effect: Bullet time slowdown when killing many enemies at once
New Ship: Viper - Has burst laser and cluster bombs (for purchase in shipyard)
Changed Ship: Cutter - Now has a rotary laser minigun
All player ships now have innate energy regen of 1 energy / 3 seconds

Updated sprite of winger and welder
Allies now use same obstacle avoidance as enemies and have more boost force
Made enemy missle easier to dodge
Made difficulty scaling slightly slower
Made most player projectiles have more range to make dealing with turreted ships easier
Made T3 enemies drop an energy pickup for extra sustain
BORING STUFF
Added abstraction between unity audio and use points for easier manipulation of sounds
Added onto new ship codebase to allow more fun weapons (rotary laser minigun)
Finally fixed bug that caused many stars to spawn upon reviving your CO-OP teammate
Fixed a bug that caused revived CO-OP teammate to spawn on same Z-plane as camera
