New game options, enhanced inventory, improved combat system, balanced enemies stats and more.
Gameplay
- Improved firearm combat system for player and enemies. - Improved melee weapons system for enemies. - Psycho's running speed has been decreased from 490 to 400. - Chemist's running speed has been decreased from 500 to 400. - Soldier's running speed has been decreased from 500 to 420. - Shotgun fire rate has been increased from 0.9s to 1.1s but damage has been increased significantly. - Headshot damage has been set to 25%. - Increased damage for shotgun, assault rifle and handgun. - Improved flashlight detection system. - Explosive barrels are more dangerous for player and enemies. - Crouching system has been improved. - Improved enemies waves system in chapter 15. - Fixed weapons attachment issue for player character. - Improved enemies firearm AI. - Improved AI behavior tree performance. - Improved collisions system for complex doors and enemies. - Improved collisions for physics objects such as items.
Animations
- Fixed animation for revolver. - Fixed Barnett's shotgun animation. - Updated shotgun location in player camera. - Improved animations for firearm enemies: Barnett and gas mask soldiers.
SFX
- New footstep sounds for ground, concrete, vent and grass. - Improved fear sounds for main character. - Improved alert sound for player detection. - Fixed enemies end detection sounds. - Fixed atmosphere music in chapter 5. - Fixed pick-up sounds for weapons. - New pump sounds for shotgun.
VFX
- Improved explosion VFX. - New blood VFX on main character and enemies. - Fixed impacts VFX on walls and floors.
UI
- Enhanced inventory with new icons and style. - Smooth UI effects for fear and damage. - New slider style for UI. - Improved Skyland operating system UI. - New quote when player is trying to open inventory before getting backpack. - New quote when player is trying to use flashlight before getting flashlight. - New quote in chapter 2, when player is trying to use the vehicule before getting all stuff. - New quote when player is trying to reload with no ammo left. - New help messages for scenes with the invincible enemy. - New help messages explaining how to deal with enemies and vent ducts. - New game option disabling/enabling flashlight detection. - New mouse configuration menu. - Reverse axis mouse option has been added to mouse configuration menu. - Improved key bindings menu. - Player can disable player stats in game options such as: sanity, health, battery and strength to play in God mode. - Key bindings is configured to QWERTY by default and saved to Input.ini. The file ControlSettings.sav is deprecated. - Shadows quality is set to High instead of Epic by default.

- Player can be detected if his flashlight is towards the enemy. - Revolver reloading time has been decreased from 14s to 9s. - Headshots increase the amount of damages by 25%. - Shotgun fire rate has been decreased from 1.2s to 0.9s - Enemies melee weapon sphere collision radius has been increased from 64 to 256. - Enemies running speed has been increased from 430 to 520. - Bullets collision sphere has been increased from 2 to 4. - Collision capsule of enemies are now more accurate. - Distance of attacking increased from 250 to 325 for enemies. - Head bobbing is now set to 0.5 by default. - Revolver VFX rotation has been fixed. - Some mistakes have been corrected in the english translation. - Level design has been improved in multiple chapters. - More realistics bullets impacts have been added (blood, concrete, metal, wood, etc). - The radiologic lab key in chapter 13 is no longer attached to the soldier. - Some sounds issues have been fixed.
With this update I tried to add more dangerous enemies but less difficult to kill with more bullets, balanced weapons and combat system.
