Update 0.3.4 - Gameplay Enhancements

This update is focused on enhancing the gameplay experience. Most of the Early Access players have mentioned the game as "Very Challenging". While the game is targeted towards hardcore FPS lovers, a crucial feature was missing that could make the gameplay experience more enjoyable for seasonal players.

#drum rolls....

CHEAT DEATH MECHANISM
Introducing "Cheat Death" mechanism ːsteamhappyː When health points fall below 10, the player enters a permanent time dilation mode. This extends the last few remaining seconds before death and gives the player a better chance at surviving. Killing an enemy in this mode will instantly recover player's health to 30%, giving another chance to keep fighting. Player can choose to end the time dilation mode by tapping the Q button.

ENVIRONMENT
A new fog system has been implemented for better aesthetics. The new fog system increases player's accuracy by blurring the background and making the targets more visible. This feature can be turned on/off from the pause menu.

WEAPON SELECTOR
Introducing an alpha version of weapon wheel menu. Picking the weapon of your choice during combat has been simplified. Press and hold middle mouse button or Q to access the Weapon Selector. No more scrolling for weapons!

DOPPLER SOUND EQUALIZATION
Explosive sound effects, such as bullets or grenades, now sound appropriately muffled if there are obstacles between the player and the sound. This adds a very dramatic feel to the environment acoustic.

GRENADE INDICATOR
The heavily armed rebels in the game are expert in throwing grenades. Players hiding in cover often get killed by a perfectly thrown grenade from an enemy. A grenade indicator has been added to favor the player in combat situations.

COLLISION ISSUES
Most of the collision issues/invisible walls near the fallen bridge has been fixed. Updated physics materials for appropriate effects on bullet collision.

KEY MAPPING & LAUNCH MENU
Game launch menu has been hidden by default now. To access the game launch menu at startup, please hold SHIFT when the game is launching. Main Menu resolutions and Keyboard Mapping options can be found in the game launch menu.

Thank you so much for being part of the development. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to submit bug info & suggestions in the discussion forum.

Update 0.3.3 is live now!

It's been a very exciting adventure since launch! Thank you so much for being part of the development. Based on the feedback from Players, here are this week's update details:

- "Gameplay Balance" tweaked. Better difficulty settings for the beginners :-)

- "Grenades" added. Press G to throw them after picking up.

- "Reason of Death" message added. This gives the player clear idea what went wrong.

- "Danger Flash" screen effect added. The screen flashes red when health falls below 30 points. This greatly helps player to be more aware of when to take cover.

- "Desperate Mode" added. When health falls below 10 points, player enters into a permanent slow-mo mode. By extending the last few seconds, players now have a better chance of survival in a tricky situation rather than shot dead in a blink.

- 1 new creature added ːsteamhappyː

Boss Fight Gameplay

This is my national anthem for now ːsteamhappyː
