BIG SUMMER UPDATE / NEW SKIN AND GAME IMPROVEMENTS
Specially for the Summer sale Slavania received not only a 20% discount, but also a new summer skin, which will be received by all players who bought Slavania before the end of the Summer sale. Moreover, in the last couple of days we rolled out 2 new patches at once.
Since the Slavania release the FrostLeaf Games team worked without sleep or rest to improve the game. We looked for bugs, read your comments and reviews, conducted multiple additional playtests.
With undisguised joy, we inform you that we managed to bring the game to an almost perfect state. Some small problems may still appear, but we carefully monitor your feedback and will continue to eliminate even the smallest bugs, if any.

PATCH 1.0.4 – CHINESE LANGUAGE AND A LOT OF UPDATES
Slavania has progressed a lot over the last 4 patches! Today we have not only made a number of changes and improvements, but also added Chinese to the game so that even more players can immerse themselves in the updated Slavania!
• Added: Chinese (simplified) localization
• Reworked: more detailed map with level silhouettes • Redesigned: map management interface • Reworked: climbing onto a spear, the animation has become less jerky, Alyosha does not play the fall animation after climbing on a spear • Reworked: changing quick access items with the mouse wheel and on the gamepad is implemented differently and has become more convenient • Reworked: looking up/down works more pleasantly: it works faster, returns faster and more clearly
• Fixed: You can no longer take damage or die during the boss summoning animation • Fixed: after a boss fight with Koshchei, while pulling a spear, you could drink poison and break the final cutscene • Fixed: Siege of Novgorod. It is no longer possible to jump over the cinematic start trigger near the idol using teleport or dash in the air • Fixed: Crypt. Buffoons. It was possible to get out of the hole with the help of a grabber without breaking the statue. • Added a pointer to the transition between rooms and levels • Added a death notice due to the days timer to make it clear why the character suddenly died and returned to the idol • Added high jump from tackle

Now the boss should work as intended, and not be killed in two point-blank combos • Fixed: the invisible hat broke the story scenes. The list is long, but that’s not all. We are actively working on the next patch, which will include Chinese localization. And we are working on features that will make the controls and interface more user friendly, which is what players are asking us for.

PATCH 1.0.1 – LIST OF FIXES & CHANGES
• Reworked Interaction with objects and NPCs. Now there is no annoying sound and pop-up alert • Redesigned the settings menu and divided into sections for convenience.
• Added brightness and contrast settings • Added gibberish volume setting. • Added vertical sync. • Added hints for interaction with active objects (dialogues, doors). They look like an icon above the interaction object instead of an alert with sound. • Added an additional idol to the "Old Lake" location.
• Fixed: the layout of the dialogue interface for Steam Deck • Fixed: a bug with a yellow circle above the head and a black one in Mazurowo. • Fixed: Yevgeny refuses to talk at the first meeting. • Fixed: places in the Mugger forest where Alyosha fell into the textures. • Fixed: half zombie collider (monster that appears when killing zombies). • Fixed: the left lift in Mazurovo, it no longer pushes Alyosha into the ceiling. • Fixed: a bug with textures falling out in the village of Mazurovo.
All the above changes are just the beginning. We are actively working on new patches and tried to include in the first patch as much as possible of what can be implemented and fixed quickly. We look forward to your feedback and plan to spend much more time responding to players on Steam.

We actively read all your comments on the game and tirelessly fix bugs that our players encounter. In fact, the first patch is already ready, we are currently testing it before uploading it to Steam.
Unfortunately, we do not have time to respond to most of the players, because all our efforts are devoted to technical work on the game, but rest assured, we hear you and are working to improve your gaming experience as much as possible!
Moreover, over the next few weeks we will be adding a number of new languages to Slavnia, including Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese, which will come first.

Mjolnir brand will launch limited edition mead in collaboration with Slavania
The “Traditions of Ancestors” meadery, together with the FrostLeaf Games, Game Art Pioneers and the Slavania game, created a limited edition of Mjolnir non-alcoholic mead as part of a promotional campaign dedicated to the imminent release of the project.
A bottle of Mjolnir mead will also appear in the game itself as a usable item that increases the antagonist's damage. According to game lore, the honey drink was brought to Slavania by a local merchant from the Vikings, that is where the authentic name Mjolnir came from. This is also indicated on the label of the actual limited edition bottle.

We are pleased to announce the imminent release of our game! Despite the fact that Slavania is completely ready at the moment, we will add a little more additional easter eggs. We will also devote even more time to playtests so that each player gets the most pleasant experience from exploring the fairy-tale world of Slavania at release!
