Adjustment
Closed the Hungry Ghost Festival missions.
The Drowner Rebalance
1. Captured Gamblers may attempt to flee from the [Sink] with probabilities of 50%/40%/30% → 50%/50%/100%.
2. Instead of gaining Stakes immediately, the Drowner will gain Stakes until the captured Gambler in the [Sink] has taken damage.
3. Cursed Gambler in the [Sink] is unable to be sensed by peer Gamblers.
4. Cursed Gambler in the [Sink] shows different colors to peer Gamblers. Red color indicates the Gambler is able to be rescued, purple color indicates unable to be rescued.
5. The cooldown of [Venom] is increased from 20 seconds to 30 seconds.

During the Hungry Ghost Festival, the Exp and Stakes are doubled ALL DAY.
Free Weekend

Adjustments
1. Replaced the login screen background during the Hungry Ghost Festival.
2. Removed the level requirements of all the Cheats. Now you are able to draw all the Cheats at level 1.
Hungry Ghost Festival X Free Weekend
This Thursday is also a traditional Chinese festival called Hungry Ghost Festival. There will be some new missions updated with the Free Weekend. Enjoy the game!

The Drowner Rebalance
1. The Cheat [Isolation]: Cursed Gambler will [need 5 seconds extra time/10 seconds extra time/be unable] to be rescued from the Sink by peer Gamblers.
2. Normal attack animation 0.2 seconds → 0.1 seconds.
3. Captured Gamblers may attempt to flee from the [Sink] with probabilities of 50%/40%/30%.
4. Ability [Venom] is able to teleport through walls now.
5. The Devil will sense the aura of the cursed Gambler for 10 seconds and hear an auditory warning when a Gambler is stepping on a pond(Venom) and being cursed.
6. Cursed Gambler doesn't raise heartbeats to nearby Gamblers now.
7. [Sink] rescue time 5 seconds → 1 second.
8. Captured Gamblers may attempt to flee from the [Sink] by holding the left mouse button now.
9. The progress bar will be reset when the captured Gambler stopped self-rescuing from the [Sink].
The Phantom Rebalance
1. The Phantom is able to dodge, crouch, and gesture(F1/F2/F3) when she turned into Gambler.
2. Every time the Phantom hit a Gambler, the display of each Gambler's status will change randomly.
3. Adjusted the normal attack animation of the Phantom.
4. The Cheat [Impression]: Gamblers expose their aura for [3/6/10 →5/10/20 seconds] when voiding all fake cards on a cardholder.
Bug Fixes
1. Fixed the absence of the executing sound effect of the Bride.

Soul at Stake Season 2 will end on August 2nd, 4pm PST. The seasonal rewards are awarded based on the highest rank of a player throughout the season.
New DLC
New DLC [Underworld Tycoon], including a new Gambler "Jacob". The new DLC is going to be released at 7pm, August 1st, 2019 PST.
Jacob's Cheats
[Bully]: When a card is placed so that the actual number of points on the cardholder is exactly 10 or 20, the cardholder is unable to teleport in 10/20/30 seconds.
[Barbarian]: When Jacob buys items at the store, the Devil can't use the store in 20/30/40 seconds.
Jacob's Exclusive Trump
[Retaliate]: When hit by a normal attack by the Devil, the stakes obtained by the Devil will be reduced by 2.
Adjustments
1. In the bloody mode, Gamblers' bodies disappear in 2 seconds after they died.
2. Added hints to show the difficulty of each Devil.
3. Added a gesture slot(F4).
4. Added the resources of the Season 2 rewards.
Bug Fixes
1. Fixed an issue that caused the Devil to be able to attack twice right after teleporting to a cardholder.
2. Fixed the whispers in the Hakka Tulou and the train carriage shaking in the Train Station.
3. Fixed the absence of the gesture slots.
