We’re excited to announce the September update, which is scheduled for Thursday afternoon in line with the development team’s maintenance schedule. Please note that we aim to minimize any disruptions to your playing time.
For those experiencing issues with Facebook account transfers, please reach out to us through the Lounge System.
We will do our best to resolve your problems as quickly as possible.

We would appreciate it if you can respect the user agreement and refrain from doing the following:
1. Exploiting the bug to illegally transfer event items via item mail, personal shop, etc. The game will show a pop up message if such transaction is not allowed.
2. Using unauthorized 3rd party macro, cheat, hack programs. We are aware that the number of macro and cheat users have increased recently.
3. Illegally duplicating items and gold. All the items and gold obtained illegally will be either deleted or retrieved.

Many Facebook Channeling users have experienced critical login issues since Facebook was taken over by Meta Platforms, Inc. in 2021. To provide all players with better service quality, we decided to close channeling from Facebook as of February 2023. Given the feedback from many players, we have decided to reopen the account data transfer for Facebook accounts.
If you have a Facebook-channelling account, please fill out the Data Transfer Agreement Form and submit it via cs.soulsaveronline.com. Once we confirm the availability of data transfer, we will assist in transferring your Facebook account data to Netgame.
The Transfer Agreement Form must be submitted by August 31, 2024. Late applications and missing documents will not be supported. Please refer to the following form to apply for account transfer and contact us through the Lounge on our website if needed.

Yangak PVE content. We want to emphasize that such actions are clear violations of SoulSaver's policies.
Anyone found exploiting these bugs to gain an unfair advantage will face suspension from the SoulSaver service.
- Using skills to go fast through the orthodox route : Allowed
- Using soulmate teleports to get to the soulmate who has gone throught the map in the orthodox way : Allowed
- Using skills/moves to trigger a bug to force through the floor/wall and teleport to the top of the map immediately : Illegal
- Using skills/moves to trigger freefall bug on the map : Illegal
Rest assured, our Developer's Department is actively investigating this issue, and we anticipate a resolution
