We have been warning about macro program users on a regular basis with the use of the monthly update notice, but the number does not seem to decrease at all...
From now, there will be no mercy for macro users including Chargeback users, Cheat users, and Hackers as we cannot put up with complaints from innocents anymore.
Please keep in mind that no negotiation, re-investigation, 2nd chance will be given once the account lock is activated to make the fair game for all.
Last Reminder of Rules of Conduct Update:
From a recent investigation done by SSO developers, the number of players who abuse the system has increased. Those actions below were monitored over this weekends in the server:
* Party with cheat characters and obtaining illegal EXP and/or items
* Trading gold earned from illegal activity via social media
* Macro
To protect innocent players from obtaining illegal gold, we enhance management policy by restricting purchasing gold from 3rd person.
We announce that, as of June 23rd, 2020, those who have unreasonable trade action with cheat account shall be blocked from the server. Netgame does not acknowledge account sharing/trading and we do not take responsibility for the outcome.
Please avoid sharing/trading accounts as those actions will strictly be at your own risk.

Finally, Halloween update is ready.
We received many tickets reporting an error about using Stat Reset Scroll among an unspecified number of players since after the last update.
According to SSO developers, 40 stat points, which is a reward for the completion of Transcend, was provided to random players. We are going to deal with this unexpected accident by resetting stat points for whom has a connection log after September update.
Once again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.
