As previously announced , this Friday, 30th of April we will cease the operation of the game, and the servers will be taken down at 10:00 CEST (04:00 EDT).

SoulWorker Moments – The winners!
Dear community,
We were glad to receive so many beautiful memories from your time in SoulWorker, and read your stories about the friends you made and your journey since then.
We loved all of your submissions, and we would like to thank you for participating in this last contest for SoulWorker.
In the past 3 years we’ve made so many great memories in Cloudream together, and we would like to see your most beloved impressions during this time: send us your favourite moment in SoulWorker in a screenshot, video or create an original fan-art out of it!
When: from 19th of March 2021 at 12:00 CET, until the 31st of March 2021 23:59 CEST (17:59 EDT).
Here’s how it works:
• Read and accept the Terms and Conditions. • Send us your submission with the theme “SoulWorker Moments” in a video, screenshot or fanart format – to the following email address: contest@soulworker.com . -Video submissions must be recorded ingame and should be below 3 minutes. The video must be uploaded as “Unlisted” on YouTube and the video description must specify that this is your contest entry and contain the following link: http://gf.link/swmoments . -Image submissions must be in .png, .jpg, .bmp or .psd format with dimensions of at least 1920x1080 pixels and maximum file size of 6 MB. • Use the email address for your present SoulWorker account and add the following information to your submission: -Subject: “SoulWorker Moments” -Name of your character -Name of your server Please note that only one submission is allowed per e-mail account. • All users residing within the countries that are listed here are eligible to participate. **Final submission date:** 31st of March 2021 23:59 CEST (17:59 EDT)
Winners
On the 2nd of April, the SoulWorker team will select the winners based on their creativity, and announce the 20 winners that will receive a package of SoulWorker merchandise (1x Mug, 1x Lanyard, 1x Bag). In the case there is a tie between participants for the last winning place, there will be a raffle in order to choose the final winner. • The winners will be notified via email on the same day of the announcement. • In order to receive their prize, the winners need to send us their address information to the email address contest@soulworker.com , latest until 11th of April 2021 23:59 CEST. Any replies sent after that time, will not be taken into consideration. Gameforge will ship the packages to the winners by 30th of April 2021. • The winning submissions will be shared on all our platforms (Website, Forum, STEAM, Social Media).

Boost Events!
Dear community,
We will have a series of boost events starting today that will run until the end of our service:
• Every Friday at 18:00 CET (12:00 EST) and until Monday at 09:00 CET (03:00 EST) , enjoy a 200% boost on EXP, Dzenai drops and 12% on Item drops. • Every Monday at 09:00 CET (03:00 EST) and until Friday at 18:00 CET (12:00 EST), a 100% EXP boost will be active.

Our Adventure is Ending
Dear SoulWorker,
regrettably, we must announce today that the adventures in SoulWorker will soon be coming to an end: Gameforge will cease operation of the game on 30/04/2021. We will first deactivate payments and then take the servers offline a while later.
Payments
On 31/03/2021 we will disable payments for SoulWorker. From then on, you will no longer be able to top up premium currency. Of course any remaining premium currency can still be spent until the servers are shut down. Lion Games, the development studio of SoulWorker, has informed us that there are plans for an international server. However, an account transfer will not be possible.
The Shutdown
On 30/04/2021 our SoulWorker servers will go offline. We are therefore terminating the user contracts on this date. Gameforge accounts will not be affected. You can still continue using them for our other games. Further below in this announcement you can find our suggestions for games you can play to make saying goodbye to SoulWorker a bit easier.
Farewell: Time to Say Goodbye
Together we have fought in countless skirmishes, experienced thrilling adventures and our heroism has brought a ray of hope to the post-apocalyptic world of SoulWorker. But most importantly, we’ve met new friends! We’ve always been a colourful bunch of British, German, French, Spanish, Polish and Italian SoulWorkers and formed a unique and creative community. We are grateful for the amazing time we could spend together and will always remember it fondly.
