I am very excited to announce update 0.3b, which takes aim at resolving lobby-related bugs and further improves the gameplay experience.
Fixes & Changes
Changed lobby gamerule to a number slider instead of a dropdown.
Changed game logic to count player kills even if it were friendly fire.
Lowered spectator switch cooldown from 30 seconds to 4 seconds.
Fixed bug in lobby chat and in-game chat.
Fixed 'rematch' button not working.
Fixed chat where in-game chat would randomly switch from 'all' to 'team-only' and vice versa.
Fixed bug for when loading user's avatars in in-game leaderboard.
Fixed teams related bug when joining lobby.
Early Access
With each update, Space Fighters inches closer and closer to transitioning from early-access to a fully-released game. This update aims at cleaning up the last of all the major bugs and readying the game for full-release.
Once the game is fully-released and stable, I plan on adding a demo version of the game where players would have a chance to play in multiplayer lobbies, just like everyone else for a up to 30 minutes.

Game Released!
I am happy to announce that after about a month and a half of hard work and dedication, I am able to finally release Space Fighters on the Steam store.
To commemorate the game's release, I have added a 15% discount!

Update 0.3
This will most likely be the last update to go live before the game is finally released.
Additions
Singleplayer - players have to fight off a swarm of enemy ships and hold out for as long as possible. There is even a leaderboard for players to be able to see how well others have done!
Changes / Fixes
Yet more bugs have been eliminated - I don't remember which or how many, but you can sleep better knowing the game is ever more closer to being bug-free.
I have plans to add a 'demo' package for Space Fighters, I am just not sure how to implement it yet.

Release Date
I am happy to announce due to Space Fighters' progress having been so fast and effective, I am able to bring forward the release date to 16 March, 2018.
This is very exciting for me, and as an old time (6 years) user and sole customer of Steam, it is finally a dream come true and a great honor for me to be able to work in partnership with Steam and release my own game, Space Fighters.
I hope and expect the release to be excellent, and due to everyone having different machines and specifications, I have cleared my calendar in order to be able to fix 'release-bugs' in real time as they occur as quickly as possible.
I would like to thank the closed-beta testers for their efforts and willingness to help, and I thank you all for taking an interest in my game.

Update 0.2c - The GUI Update
For this update, I simply worked on redoing the GUI buttons to make the whole game interface experience look and feel more unique and engaging.
This update is so small I wouldn't even bother adding a patchlist!
