Early Access Version 1.1.5 Relesed

New Features:

Pirate contracts:

The player can now accept contracts placed on the LFP panel by pirates.

Raids:

The player will be able to participate in raid along with the pirates. Materials salvaged during the raid will be shared equally among the surviving pilots once the raid is over.

Social System Improvements:

There are more detailed improvements planned for the future. This version will include:
Relations with other races have been reorganized
Relationship status with a given race will affect how that race reacts to the player.

The bugs reported below are fixed:

• The player can collect all contracts on the LFP panel at once ( Now max. 5 contracts are allowed)
• It takes a long while to collect Space Anomies (this time time is reduced by 40%)
• Higher level capital and cargo ships’ parts are repairing too fast.
• Errors on the planet skin of the AR16 System
• On pick-up missions, projectiles strike an invisible wall when firing on the ship's repair module.
• Warp audio and some mid-sound effect sound volumes are too high. (Volume of audio over a certain frequency are lowered by 30%)
• Loading screens gets stuck when entring C2 station. (We think we've fixed this error, please let us know if you're still experiencing this bug.)
• Sometimes the mining icon on the upper left side not working.

NOTE: A new update will be released as soon as possible about graphic settings not being saved.

Early Access Version 1.1.4 Relesed

NEW FEATURE

Player created contracts are added to the game.

Players now can use the “Looking For Pilot” Panel to create their own contracts.
With this feature, players can now create contracts for missions that are too hard to handle alone. Players can set the criteria for the mercenaries that will be targeted for the contract. Pilots/mercenaries that fits those criterias will be able to apply for the job. Once the amount specified on the contract is paid, players can call upon the mercenaries for aid on the chosen mission.

Bugs listed below are fixed.

- Looking for Pilot shortcut is not working ( Keyboad Shortcut “B” is assigned for LFP )
- Cor44 model ship’s warp starting point is wrong
- It’s hard to click on Space Anomalies.

Early Access Version 1.1.3 Relesed

NEW FEATURES

1- Looking for Pilot Panel:

In accordance with the community feedback, “Mission System Improvements” are added to the game.

• New side missions,
• A new in-game mission panel that is updated concurrently during gameplay with new missions,
• Player will be able to receive and complete new missions by just using the new panel.
• The panel consists of 3 parts. (Freelance Contracts, Trade Contracts and Pirate Contracts) Freelance Contracts and Trade Contracts have been added to the game in this version.
• Panel can contain more than 70 contracts at the same time.

2- New NPC’s : Traders

• Traders addad to game
• Traders place trade contracts on the LFP panel. You can find traders at space stations.

3- New Enemies :

• 7 new enemies addad to game. 6 frigate class 1 fly class.

Bugs that are reported below are fixed:

• The task progress bar doesn't update when pressing “E” at tutorial mission
• False prophet is wrong balanced
• Modules of carrier type ships are very hard to destroy
• Galaxy clock / Time gets stuck
• "Wait for Launi to get in touch" subgoal does not complete in Ganan Journey mission

Early Access Version 1.1.2 Relesed

New Features And Changes :

3- Mouse Invert Y-axis feature added for Character and Ship
4- Control sensitivity for Space Shooter Arcade type of control is lowered


Bugs that are reported below are fixed:

1. A different ship, than the one I have, appears in the cinematics
2. Crafting items does not stack in cargo
3. In the Drone Thief mission, it’s very difficult to destroy the cargo ship's modules (Those modules’ armor strenghts are lowered)
4. Active Skills Bar does not save, shortcuts change each time the game is started.
5. Rhodium Asteroid Belt's collision is acting like a single asteroid.
6. Some minor bugs fixed

Early Access Ver 1.1.1 Hotfix Patch Relesed

Changes;

1- Players can now lock on Capital & Cargo Ship parts to fire missiles just like any other enemy ship
2- Shield Recharger's recharge rate increased by % 20
3- Players can change the Character Name from Galaxy Bank Central Station

Bugs that are reported below are fixed:

1- When used slave web does not capture pods that are too close
2- Graphics and textures has quality problems
3- Key Bindings does not have a “Run” key
4- The map appears empty in the Crafting Station
5- Gamepad does not pick up get Right and Left triggers
6- The game sets Joystick buttons as Gamepad buttons
7- Gamepad /Joystick and Mouse axes work altogether
8- Volfram Asteroid model becomes broken when interacted
9- When approaching asteroids in Auto-Mode ship doesn’t stop and hits the asteroid
10- You When you quit to the main menu, you see the Intro Screen.

We had to rollback the update version 1.1.1 due to a problem in it. You can continue playing version 1.1.0.

Early Access Version 1.1.0 Relesed

NEW FEATURES

1- Crafting (Prototype)

In accordance with the community feedback, crafting is added to the game. You can now craft in SpaceBourne. Player is now able to combine adn craft new items using ores and other materials collected.

  • 4 crafting stations are added to the game ( 1 for each race + 1 for pritaes ). But in this version only the Arbuq station is landable. Other stations will be added in the coming updates.
  • 48 new craftable items are added. This number will increase in the coming updates. For the time being only raw materials and usable items are craftable ( Repair Kit, Energy Recharger, shield recharger, etc. )
  • New NPC Class “Engineer” is added. You can speak with them to learn new blueprints.


2- Ship Piloting

During Early Access period we received various player feedback regarding piloting ships. Some players requrested more realistic physics, while others asked for arcade style, and others were happy with the way things are. Instead of picking a single one of these options, we’ve added all of them so the players can chose for themselves.

  • 4 New Ship maneuvering styles are added.
  • Full Arcade: Current Ship maneuvering, low physics response, easy to control.
  • Semi Arcade : More realistic physics than the Full-Arcade Mode. Velocity increase, stopping and general maneuvering is more realistic. Drifting distance is longer than the Full Arcade Mode. More realistic physics, but harder to control.
  • Space Shooter Arcade: In this version the ship follows the cursor instantaneously. Created for those of you asking for more of an Everspace kind of feeling. Physics are somewhere in between the Full Arcade and the Semi-Arcade modes.
  • Space Shooter Semi Arcade : More realistic physics than the Space Shooter Arcade Mode.
  • All of these maneuvering styles can be changed using the in-game Options Menu while playing the game.


3- Ship Perks And Ship Customization :


  • New ship perks are added to the game. All ships now have a distinct piloting style and active perks.
  • 2 brand new ships are added.
  • 11 new ship types are added with their active perks
  • Starter ship is changed. You will realize that the B35 starter ship is changed to an Anromeda model. Early Access players will be able to purchase the B35 from ship dealers for 1.ooo TY. Those of you happy with the B35 will be able to purchase it with ease.
  • Switching between piloting modes is changed. Switching animation and effects are removed. You can now switch between modes instantaneously.
  • 3 new ship cockpits are added.
  • Warp times are shortened. New effects are added for short distance warps.


4-Gamepad and Joystick Support :

Again in accordance with our Early Access player feedback full gamepad and joystick + HOTAS Suppot is added.


  • With the new keybinding and control systems Gamepad and Joystick peformance is increased.
  • A new advanced settings menus is added for Gamepads and Joysticks. Using thie menu you can change: Axis sensitivity, Deadzone, and also set your + / - axes.
  • Pedal sensitivity setting is added for pedal users.
  • Using advanced settings you can change button bindings. Careful: This is different from the keybinding settings. This setting is for switching 2 buttons with each other. For example: when X and Y buttons are switched, pressing X on the Gamepad will act like pressing Y. This settings is added for multi-button joystick and Hotas users


5-New Physics Engine :


  • SpaceBourne’s physics engine is changed.
  • FPS limit is increased to 60.
  • Crashing and impact mechanics are added.
  • Space objects can now drift and move.


6-Performance and Visuals :


  • Lighting is improved and model details are optimized, increasing the overall performance by 35 - 45 %.
  • Post-process data is improved. Stations are now more performant and visually appealing.
  • Level load times are shorter.
  • Audio channels are optimized. Audio quality setting is added to the Options Menu.
  • All planet and satellite models are replaced with more realistic ones.
  • Space atmosphere is improved. Space and solar systems are now more realistic. A more realistic space lighting is achieved through new light calculations that take into account the the position of the sun and the distance between the player and the sun.



Other Additions :


  • Item market values are changed.
  • Tutorial map is changed. Tutorial mission now includes ship perks training.
  • Main Menu and Settings are changed.
  • 8 new weapons are added.
  • Some of the in-game UI is improved. The rest of the UI will be improved in the coming updates.
  • Mining NPC ships are added to asteroid fields.
  • Randomly appearing pirate attacks and pirate raids are added.
  • Wormhole maps are improved.
  • 3 new enemy ships are added. 2 frigates and 1 fly class.
  • Space Anamolys are redesigned. Gathering Space Anomolies are now more challenging.
  • The salvaged materials collected from the new Space Anamolies can now be used to increase crafted weapon quality.
  • Improvements to the artificial intelligence are made. Artificial intelligence now acts taking into account its tactical advantages. AI can now develop different strategies taking the possibility of winning / losing the war into account.
  • And more than 50 minor changes.

Early Access v1.08 Released


Early Access v1.08 Notes

We are working on fixing the game freezing for a few seconds. We are hoping this patch will fix those issues.

Since this problem has been reported by only a handful of people we are having a hard time finding its source. But thanks to our Early Access players we narrowed down the problem to the games audio. If each and every audio volume in the settings is set to “0” the problem should disappear.

Right now we are trying to pinpoint the exact audio channel that’s causing this issue.

So if you are still experiencing this issue please: Bring all sound levels down to “0” ( Music, Ambiance, Effects, Dialogues ) and then turn them on again once at a time and check if the problem persists. If you are to find which audio channel is causing the problem please report it.
