Lifetime Achievement Awards! – #3875
Cosmic greetings! In this update we have several quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes to make your intergalactic journey more enjoyable.
Some of our in-game achievements had been sucked into a black hole. Through a scientific process that’s too complex to type out on a human keyboard, we’ve managed to recover them.
When you first log into Spaceteam VR after this update, any achievements owed to you will be unlocked – the spam is one time only!
General • General improvements to VOIP stability and quality • It is now possible to report other players • Prefixes to usernames can now be enabled to indicate a player’s platform • The console will now be hidden when spawning the pause menu
Bug fixes • Fixed an issue where earned achievements would not be unlocked (prepare for some achievement spam after logging in) • Fixed issue where a player leaving could cause a crash when the game started • Fixed a bug where some Vive users’ refresh rate wasn't detected as 90hz • Fixed an issue where objects remained grabbed when pausing

UPDATE TIME - 2918
2918 (6th August 2020)
Please update your game version otherwise online functions will not work
General
• New GOLDEN player tags for ThursdayTeamTime winners. • Improved avatar performance, so your virtual you should express a more true version of your awesome actions. • New male avatar body! • News no longer displays over your panel if there is unread news. Instead, the news icon shows when there is unread news, so you can read it when you like. • Fixed a bug where repair robots could T-pose when desperately trying to Dab. Robots need to Dab. • Control labels can span two lines now, making for clearer panels. • Fixed the Discord URL • Fixed some bugs stopping the Robot faces showing their full glory across the game. Poor Robots. • Fixed some issues with the notifications not showing correctly. • Fixed an issue where the mini avatar could T-pose… whether they wanted tea or not.
Gameplay / Difficulty
• Disco and Freeze anomalies now correctly give position and negative results… if you fail, you take some damage on your panel. • Damage from power surges is spread around the panel better… rather than just trashing the whole panel. • Freeze is no longer allowed at the same time as Slime, or Oil Leak… you had to move, so it could be a little… harsh.
Practice • Fixed a bug where the AI Robots weren’t always the right Robots.
Multiplayer
• Fixed a bug where some players avatars would be the wrong height depending on when they joined the server. • The nasty scratched record sound no longer plays incorrectly at the end of sectors…. Only when you fail to meet the grade for Disco.
Tutorial • Fixed a bug with the repair side of the tutorial.
