- The SUPERNORMAL difficulty setting has been rebalanced and now has a small amount of dynamic difficulty based on how you play
- Fixed an issue where the screen didn’t resume scrolling after some battles on ultrawide monitors
- Fixed an issue where, in some localizations, dialogue would get stuck and not resume, or would pause for too long, especially in the Melon Head and Dr. Votsit fights

Blaster Basics

The release of Spectacular Sparky is just one day away! What better time to brush up on your bounty-hunting blaster skills?

As Sparky knows all too well, most problems can be solved with a reckless hail of gunfire. But you'll sometimes find yourself in situations where a bit more precision is needed to reduce your foes to cinders. Luckily there's the Aim Lock button for just such an occasion! Hold it down to lock Sparky's current blaster angle, allowing him to fire in one direction while moving around in any direction!



But what about those times when pesky space creeps are coming at you from all sides? That's when the Aim button is your best bet! Hold it to anchor Sparky in place, aim in any direction you want, and blast away!



And don't forget that Sparky's highly-versatile blaster can utilize a wide range of ammo pickups, including lasers, flames, and even homing missiles - plus it can hold two ammo types at a time, which you can swap between at any moment! Watch that heat meter though - if you go trigger-happy for too long, you'll burn out your currently equipped special ammo, returning it to the standard blaster mode.

Often when Sparky receives a new mission from Shigg, the journey to the alien planet is just as dangerous as the bounties themselves. Luckily, Sparky has a state-of-the-art starship.. that just happens to be shaped like his own head!
