Spider updated with gameplay improvements & bug fixes

<*> Time Machine & Weather Device now work for an hour at a time before needing to be recharged. You're welcome!
<*> Final puzzle tracked correctly. Visit Blackbird Estate to get that pesky ? removed from your list!
<*> What's The Rush achievement now tracked more clearly.
<*> Playability improvements to certain insect behaviors.
<*> All moon phases appear correctly in all levels.
<*> Any stray leaderboard issues now fixed for all players.
<*> Invisible Jack-O-Lantern removed from the graveyard.
<*> Some misc bug fixes and playability improvements, just for fun.
Thanks to everyone who plays Spider and figured out it's a much deeper game than it seems on the surface. Please tell your friends to try it!

What's in the update?? Feature requests and bug fixes that our players have asked for:
<*> Weather Device & Time Machine now stay active for a full hour.
<*> Leaderboard fixes - Your fixed scores should submit automatically!
<*> Special HALLOWEEN SURPRISE - Can you find what we left for you in a special place?
<*> Moons flipped - We flipped 'em back to the way the moon should look.
<*> Final puzzle correctly marked solved, if/when you ever solve it. Have you!?
<*> Puzzles still no longer gate exploration, which along with the increased duration of the Weather Device & Time Machine, means Blackbird Estate in its many variations is all the more yours to explore.
If your high scores don't automatically update on the global leaderboard, just toggle "Submit Scores" off and then on again in the Settings menu. This will trigger our fix.
