Brought back the level-select screen, and 5 new levels.
Made the 'end' prompt more visible, so players know how to quit the game.
Made Ammo more visible.
Added score-reset prompt to High-Score screen.
Removed smoke from enemy explosions to increase Visibility.
Shorted debris lifetime and dissolve animation to increase Visibility.
