Got the suspension sorted in this one. You can start bringing those rest angles up now. The suspension on your existing designs is probably far too strong now.

Significantly improved suspension strength
Front wheel of the second suspension type (called HVSS) now behaves as expected.
One wheel type was lighter than the others - with no downside
Russian casemate mantlet sideways rotation fixed (but not accurate yet).

Added better tooltips to suspension design (Shown by hovering over the slider names).
Certain track panel grab hitboxes are now more accurate, allowing you pickup things behind them (decals mainly).
Can no longer pickup attached parts through the hull, turret or fenders.

Was possible to win and lose a scenario if the two remaining tanks destroyed one another simultaneously.
Fixed spawn on "Dunes" scenario which caused vehicles to spawn partially underground.

Improvements
Azimuth design now hidden for mantlets which don't support azimuth rotation.
Rail antenna now acts as an antenna.
Warning shown when blueprint name contains invalid characters (you'll be able to include these soon).
Wheels now get stuck between trench walls and the terrain less often.

Muzzle brakes no longer lower muzzle velocity. They are now entirely aesthetic until their realistic trade-off can be simulated.

Toggled scope now disabled when returning to designer through the pause menu.
Removed first set of mud pools in No Tank's Land scenario.
Lowered wooden planks in WW1 'No Tank's Land' scenario, due to small wheels getting stuck in an unrealistic fashion.
Internal mantlet armour now correctly shown.
Selected shell type now automatically set to the closest rack with the highest amount of ammo.
Blueprint name enter field no longer affects the name of other blueprints.
Stopped wheels, belts and fenders disappearing when exiting the designer at the lowest graphics settings.
Flickering black screen in scope stopped.
Flameout effects now stop instantly when returning to designer.
Fixed crash when disabling interleaved roadwheels due to wheels per group being 0 when it shouldn't be.
Disabled rotation of gunner sight as it didn't behave as expected when rotated.
