version 2.2.0 is a major update focusing on general content and improvements




what's new?



  • added crouching, decreasing your height to get into smaller tunnels (default: left control key)
  • bows now require arrows
  • all firearms now require bullets
  • added iron, steel, slime and glarestone bullets
  • added iron, steel, slime and glarestone arrows
  • added ice on lakes
  • improved mining sounds
  • added difficulty (peace (no enemies), normal and hard (drop 1/3 of your inventory))
  • added lil' bomb, an annoying running bomb, dropping gunpowder
  • added gunpowder, grenades and a grenade launcher
  • liquids will now react
  • added obsidian
  • added the spawn, it allows you to set the world spawn
  • added builder villager, selling blocks

biomes



  • planet systems overhaul, each system has its own "theme"
  • added 2 lava biomes
  • added hot lava stone
  • added lava gem, usable as a tool modifier to apply fire damage (dropped by hot lava stone)
  • added flarewood tree (including sapling, wood, planks and wooden wall)


performance



  • switched to TGA image format for less loading time
  • re-added resource recycling for faster chunk loading
  • dynamic radius for chunk loading

  • fixed enemy spawning too early, some enemies, including Orks, now spawn in higher systems.
  • defeating the void golem now unlocks the second planet ring, the executioner the third
  • fixed fullscreen-toggle error
  • decreased health of ghost
  • removed ores from map (made no sense)
  • fixed crashes on unicode pathes (sorry to those affected by this bug!)
  • fixed typos and smaller bugs
  • dark spirits (and the dark spirit boss) now drops gunpowder
  • moved mithril ore to system 2
  • moved glarestone ore to system 3
  • crystal golems spawn in system 3
  • skeleton guards spawn in system 4
  • increase shield modifier cooldown to 15 (from 5)

version 2.1.0



Version 2.1.0 adds a new biome, the savanna, with it's own tree and animal, an ork and a bunch of additional things.
Here is the full list of changes:

  • added savanna biome
  • added the tiger (feed raw steak to bread)
  • added tiger leather, can be used as an armor material
  • added the ork, gets aggressive when too close by
  • added bloodstone, dropped by orks, to add a life steal effect to your weapons
  • savanna, tiger and ork appears in planet ring 2 and above!
  • added alga and corals to oceans and lakes
  • added the majority of the Portuguese translation (thanks to the community!)
  • leaves now drop their fruits when destroyed

version 2.0.7 add a new way of crafting: the tinker table!
Mechanical items, including the airship and train, can now be crafted on this 4*4 slot large crafting field.

Another type of airship added, smaller, faster but less health and inventory space.

Both airships now have an inventory, accessible with E, and a fuel slot to boost the engine.

further changes:

  • added shield modifier, silver and cooper tool parts grant it by default
  • fixed steel achievement
  • smaller GUI improvement
  • fixed crash on armor level up

version 2.0.5



Next version will introduce a new, massive crafting station, the Tinker Table, and some steam driven vehicles!
