As a survivor of the apocalypse, you have moved from location to location, from safehouse to safehouse, always running from the zombie horde. Fed up with the bleak and abysmal apocalypse, you return to your parent’s hotel in the hope to reclaim your birthright and to rebuild the once famous hotel into a safe and secure refuge against the terrors of the new world.

STAR-BOX 1.2 - Guns and Ammo! (Also Key-Changes and Sprint)
We are pleased to announce the launch of STAR-BOX 1.2 'Guns and Ammo'
This patch not only fixes many issues in the game but completely overhauls the laser system, and adds a short sprint to help get you out of trouble.
You can now purchase 20 different laser weapons from new stores. Lasers now have individual ranges, damages, firing speed and use different ammo which will need to be bought or scavenged.
*** All weapons now use either 'CTRL' to fire instead of number keys. ***
*** Laser firing is now animated ***
*** Press 'SHIFT' for a short range sprint' ***
A new game will be required to take advantage of these changes!

Update 1.1.6 - Big fixes and Crash Fixes
Hi everyone,
So this is a pretty big update that should address the “GMRK:Plane” crash that was affecting some machines. There are also tons of changes to code to make the game run more smoothly across the board and which eliminates a few of the more quirky elements.
With the new baby I’ve been a little quiet on the forum but I am still ploughing away at the game and will have a pretty big announcement concerning it at the end of the week.

Patch 1.1.5 (Lag Fix)
Okay, so sorry I've been a bit dead on the forum these last 24 hours but I have been scripting non stop to fix the lag issues that were occuring on some PCs.
Yesterday I finally got my hands on a PC suffering from the same issues. I have fixed it on that one and I hope that it will now filter down to the rest of you.
As a consequence we are seeing increased frame-rates across all our machines so this should improve the gameplay experience for everyone.
