Alpha Centauri Wars - Event weekend!
This month ACW is a special edition, Halo Corsairs vs NWAC (Red vs Blue). Only two teams, with 100+ players per team! The event will use the week test ship tree. There is also a new rule, killed ships will only drop half of their pods (on average, this is random). The other half is lost. This intends to slow down the race for pods. Also note that the (quite new) gem bounty for kills will be there to help.

Europe: SATURDAY - May 19th, 2018 ( 3:00pm GMT+2 / 9:00am US-EDT / 8:00am US-CDT )

Battle Royale Weekend!
Battle Royale weekend has just started! In order to join a battle, from the main menu, click "Battle Royale". Collect weapons and refills, kill other players and be the last player standing!

Alpha Centauri Wars - Theta Sector - Special event weekend!
ACW is a special event with five huge teams all competing in battle to be the final team standing. Five teams with approximately fifty players in each team. More than two hundred players all at once. You do not want to miss these epic events. Scheduled times will be shown below. A link to enter the event for your time zone will appear on the main Starblast game page at the time of the event.
The ACW event will be held over three separate days to allow people to play in every event if desired:
Asia: FRIDAY - April 13th, 2018 ( 9:00am GMT+2 / 3:00am US-EDT / 2:00am US-CDT )
Europe: SATURDAY - April 14th, 2018 ( 3:00pm GMT+2 / 9:00am US-EDT / 8:00am US-CDT )
America: SUNDAY - April 15th, 2018 ( 9:00pm GMT+2 / 3:00pm US-EDT / 2:00pm US-CDT )

Battle Royale Weekend!
Battle Royale returns this weekend, with 3 new ships by our best designers, random asteroid maps, smaller map sizes! The event will be running all the weekend, starting tomorrow (Friday 30th).

This time we will spread the event over 3 days, one day per region. Read event dates and times carefully below:
* Asia Event on Friday at: 4:00 PM CST (UTC+8)
* Europe Event on Saturday at: 3:00 PM CET (UTC+1)
* America Event on Sunday at: 3:00 PM EST (UTC-5)
Obviously the first ACW featuring the new Vanguard ship. As always, we are evaluating a few specific ingredients for this one, that are not fully validated yet. Also you can count on a solid server for the America event this time, with 200+ players capacity.

New Ship! The Vanguard
The Vanguard is a new tier 4 attack ship. It has a rather low speed, but shoots deadly bullets with significant recoil, making it the little brother of the U-Sniper. Preceding ship in the ship tree: Side-Fighter. Now available throughout the galaxy.
