Ancient Civilization Ruins (v1.2.0)

[p]This update adds ruins from an ancient civilization spread out throughout the galaxy. They can be activated to produce artefacts, ship parts, and process batches. The artefacts and processed batches can be sold in the market, and the ship parts can be used to build a new type of ship. This is the first update more focused on PvE combat, and it is geared more towards advanced players than new players. You can toggle the locations of the ruins with the new ui at the top left corner of the galaxy map.[/p][p][/p][p]v1.2.0 Changelog:[/p]

Stardust Exile 1.0 has been released!

After 21 months in Early Access, Stardust Exile version 1.0 is now live, marking the end of its Early Access phase.

Stardust Exile will leave Early Access on November 8th

With 21 months in Early Access, Stardust Exile is now ready to have its 1.0 release on November 8th.

Major features added since the start of Early Access:

  • Single-Player skirmish
  • Markets, sell and buy spaceships and resources
  • Research/Tech tree
  • Pirate NPCs
  • Alliances between players
  • Bounties placed on pirates or other players
  • Massive black hole at the center of the galaxy
  • Gas, Research Advancements and Credits as new resource types
  • Planetary outposts
  • Chat rooms for each language and private chat rooms
  • Logs of recent activity

After that, development will resume. The next set of features to be implemented can be checked out on the Discord roadmap channel or inside the game.

Version 0.10.2 Changelog

Update 0.10.2 released today rebalances weapons damage to make ships with missiles or projectiles more effective against gauss. You can now configure keyboard keys on the settings dialog. And the skirmish game speed is now controllable with keyboard keys. The tutorial was also improved.
