Fixed:
Text and costs correctly display when switching between inspect/repair screen and requisition or decommission screens in SpaceDock
Shields are now visible on USF Carriers
NEXT or END button now appears after ships destroy themselves by ramming you
Decommissioning a ship with any upgrades now correctly returns the ship's values when it is viewed while rerequisitioning

Vanished:
Requisition an upgraded ship that you have lost in combat - it retains its armor value in the stats until requisitioned (could not dupe)

E/R bridge and Self-Destruct now display the phase that you are in
(3 phases to execute E/R bridge retreat, 2 phases to execute Self Destruct)
"Decimal" projectiles (i.e. Plasma AP 5.5 cm) now display properly when selected in the firing phase,
and when AI uses them
The USF Tokyo is now a Tokyo class Cruiser (was a Philadelphia class)

Fixed:

Ships that have retreated are no longer lost permanently from Spacedock
The "No Ships Left to Deliver" message no longer appears after requisitioning a new ship

Implemented:
Middle Mouse Scroll now works with the zoom in/zoom out function

Changed:
Purchase Ship now brings a ship to the SpaceDock instantly (removed Realtime reference)
Repair Ship now checks for available MCVs first. If MCV is available, player can pay to repair ship
Ship repair time varies according to damage, but is roughly less than a minute, tied to damage amount (removed Realtime reference)
UI adjusted to account for removal of Realtime references
Tutorial adjusted to account for change in game flow

Fixed:
Plasma AP and Plasma ASHE Icons now correctly reflect the colors of the game asset

Release 1.01 Posted - Ship Wait Times vastly reduced

Ship Wait Times are reduced by a factor of 60 (for example 3 minutes instead of 3 hours).
