The star of this headgear vaudeville is "Hatful Eight + 2". A box of ten fresh hats inspired by classic sci-fi and fantasy. We've thrown some intriguing SteamWorld lore in there as well. Eight of the new hats are animated and very lively, so keep your eyes peeled for sudden movements!

Design Hats For SteamWorld Heist (Contest) + Summer Break
Howdy, partners!
We’re taking a short summer break until August 1. We’ll be mostly offline during this time, so don’t worry if we don’t get back to you right away. Once we’re back from the beach we’ll talk with you as usual! In the meantime we have a competition for you, in which you can design in-game hats for SteamWorld Heist. The winners will get free SteamWorld games and exclusive info on future titles.

SteamWorld Heist Patch "Wonky Business" Now Live!
Howdy!
Just now we released a patch for SteamWorld Heist on Windows, Mac and Linux. We recommend all players to download it for maximum robot fun! Hopefully most of the problems you've posted in the forums will be fixed now that Wonky Business (yup, that's the official patch name) has been rolled out. Thanks for helping us!
Please note that this patch won't fix any game crashes related to outdated graphics card drivers. For more info, check this thread.
Wonky Business includes:
A missing backgrounds fix
Fully working achievements (a few weren't unlocking correctly)
Offline achievements
Adjusted volume for robot voices and some sound effects
An improved mini-map
Various bug fixes and other improvements
