Season 2 Begins! Conquer The Arena!
Hey there fellow Star Hunters!
It has been an intense 2 weeks since Stellar Stars have launched and since the start of the 1st season! Therefore, we would like to congratulate the top players for making it into the Global Top 10 for Season 1!
Regardless of whether you are playing via quick matches,
or playing with your personal friends via creating a room and having them join it,
both ways will allow you to win or lose trophies depending on the outcome of the matches.
And we will be announcing the prizes for this new season pretty soon!
So go nuts for Season 2! Aim for the top and climb up the leagues to the top 10!
We will be announcing some exciting new stuff in the upcoming updates! Look forward to that!
v1.01 OUT NOW!!! Gameplay Improvements, Bug Fixes!!!
Hello fellow Star Hunters!
A new version of Stellar Stars is out and it contains gameplay improvements and fixes to some bugs and glitches!
Here is a breakdown of what v1.01 includes:
Gameplay Improvements
1) New sound effects for when you are running
2) Character movement improvement (there is now more friction when you are running)
3) Reduced game controller joystick sensitivity (it was too high previously)
Bugs/Glitches That Are Fixed
1) Learning sinker will no longer cause the gravity on your character to be multiplied incorrectly, preventing any form of jumping
2) If you die in the challenge story mode, the letterbox animation (where there are black bars above and below the screen) will now animate correctly
3) Impulse grenades will no longer bounce off the dead bodies of defeated minions/monsters
4) Impulse grenades will now make sound effects when bouncing on the ground
5) You can no longer hide behind the 1st boss and attack it from behind

HOT FIX #1!!!
Hello fellow Star Hunters!
Hot fix #1 has just been released! Please make sure that you have auto-updates enabled in order for Stellar Stars to update to the latest version!
This hot fix includes the fixes for the following bugs/glitches:
1) In the Challenge Story mode, the black bars (letter box) on the top and bottom of the screen will sometimes not disappear after the starting intro cutscene ends
2) Broken text on level up screen after destroying first boss in challenge story mode
3) Skipping the starting intro cutscene will sometimes cause it to stay around and block the view when the game has already started
4) The number of required stars to unlock new characters in the challenge story mode is not updated regardless of the number of stars you have collected in online matches

Launch Date, Season 1 & Roadmap Ahead

This is David from WhiteSponge and I want to give you an update on the release date for Stellar Stars, seasons and the road ahead for the game.
Stellar Stars (v1.00) will be launching this coming November 11th, 2016 (11.11.2016)! To not miss it, be sure to add it to your wishlist if you have not already done so yet!
So what is the deal about seasons? Stellar Stars is first and foremost a multiplayer game, and that means that you will be ranked amongst other players by the amount of trophies you have.
Each season lasts for 2 weeks so be sure to aim for the top 10 every season!
In terms of delivering on the rewards and other things promised in the Indiegogo campaign, we are working on all that now and intend to have it all delivered by the end of November. We'll be reaching out individually to you if you have backed the Indiegogo campaign that helped Stellar Stars reach where it is now.
We also have an exciting roadmap planned for you. Firstly, we will be adding new characters with their unique special skills and character traits. In addition to characters, we will also be creating new maps for you to battle in.
As gamers ourselves, we do not agree with the bullshit that is paid DLCs (with the exception of soundtracks and skins). That is why all future content updates are free and will always be free!
