Attention all survivors! The Early Access release of Stories from the Outbreak is finally here!
Embark on a turn-based roguelike zombie RPG with a shorter scenario that immerses players in the beginning of the zombie apocalypse. With 11 unique characters, more than 15 enemies, and three expansive maps, the gameplay is challenging, and permadeath adds to the intensity.
Form a team of survivors, traverse the area maps in search of shelter and supplies, fight zombies, and decide the fate of your crew. The game explores the apocalyptic atmosphere through pixel art and characters that speak to each other, showing polarization in views. Will different opinions prevent them from reaching their goals?
The game is available on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Join the fight for survival and make your own story in a world overrun by the undead!

The DEMO is Available Until March 2nd!
Thank you for playing Stories from the Outbreak during the Next Fest! The demo is going to be available until March 2. We encourage you to try it out and experience the game for yourself before it's taken down. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to play the demo and share their valuable feedback and comments with us. Your feedback is incredibly important to us and it will help us to make the game even better for its release.

The trailer shows combat footage and two planned maps along with new backgrounds, characters and enemies. Stories from the Outbreak is also getting a graphical rework: the whole aesthetics are getting a bit darker, in order to place an accent on apocalyptic themes.
We have also changed the focus for the first early access version of the game: we really like how the combat is turning out, so the accent is going to be placed on the combat and map events.
Stories from the Outbreak is a turn-based zombie RPG. Lead a group of survivors from the doomed city of Riga towards the ferry sailing across the North Sea.
Stories from the outbreak is a story generator first and foremost. Not all of the people are going to survive. Not every team is going to make it. This is how it is intended to be.
