The new update that includes WASD mode is now available
The new update (v1.1.6) fixes some bugs and improves the compatibility with some devices. But the main new features are the WASD keyboard mode and the Steam overlay now fixed on Mac OS X.
How to change the keyboard mode
Change the keyboard mode on the Config option of the main screen. You must disconnect the gamepad to enable the mode changing.
Note: We found a new bug if you play using WASD with a gamepad connected. Disconnect your gamepad if you play with the keyboard. It will be fixed in the next update.
What's next?
We're working to include Steam Trading Cards as soon as possible. A new hidden dungeon will be available in the game when they are ready too. Stay tuned!
There is a new update available for SOBFM that fixes all the reported bugs by users. It also includes the following features!
Title and loading screen
The Title Screen is new and colorful! Loading screen has been changed too, now it'll display different backgrounds depending on if you completed the game. Thanks to Miriam Pérez for the nice art!
The game uses the Steam Cloud service now. You can continue your game in other device if you synchronized it.
We've tried very hard to make a cross platform, but finally we weren't be able to do. This means you can synchronize saved games on the same OS via Steam Cloud, they don't override between them.
There is a new small update available for Stories of Bethem: Full Moon (~20KB).
It fixes an error caused by the apostrophe character (sometimes it didn't show).
Stories of Bethem: Full Moon is now available for Mac and Ubuntu
We're very happy to announce this new update.
We've fixed a lot of bugs, we changed the file system and published the Ubuntu and Mac OSX version. We'll try to synchronize saved games in the future. You can do it manually with saved games from this update.
Notes about the Mac and Ubuntu version
- Looks like there is a issue with the Stem overlay in OSX 10.11, but achievements work (they just don't show up).
- At this moment, we only provide support for gamepads on Windows platforms, maybe they work on other platforms but we can't ensure. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Fixing the Steam crashing issue EDITED 22/12
Hello, friends.
Seems like we found the problem thanks to the users' help.
The issue
Some players reported us that when they start the game, this doesn't work and the Steam client crashes.
Why does this happen?
Some antivirus don't let complete the game installation (the case we know is AVAST!).
UPDATED: Seems like the game can't run with this antivirus enabled and not configured for Steam. It doesn't only interfere with the installation process.
How to fix it
Just disable your antivirus software when you're going to install and play the game or configure it to work with Steam. Before disabling it, we recommend to look for other antivirus software alternative, but the best option is configure it.
If you disable your antivirus software for playing with Steam, you should enable it when you finish to protect your PC.
