Out of Early Access - Full Launch Today!
Full Launch Today!
Today is the end of the early access for Strike Team Gladius. The early access was a great experience as it gave us 3 extra months of hardcore testing and the feedback needed from the community to help us fine tune the game. Since early access, the game has received a completely redesigned UI, new characters, new enemies, new items to equip and loads of other refinements. We are tremendously thankful to our fans and community at large for the feedback. I hope you continue to enjoy the game and join us in supporting our upcoming titles.
In coming weeks, we will have regular bug fix patches as any issues are identified and later in the year, we plan to add a free mission pack.
Weekly Patch Notes
This update brings us within spitting distance of our full release (hopefully next week on Thursday) and includes the final 2 character classes for the roster. The male Exo Armour trooper is a power-armoured brute carrying a huge rotary canon. The female variant is completely different and is melee focused ... though she also carries a grenade launcher. Both units are very heavily armoured and can dish out a lot of damage but somewhat cumbersome so have no counter attacks on their base profile and are on the slower side. Please try them out and let us know how you like them.
New Additions:
Exo Armour male and female character classes added to roster.
Added tutorial prompt on campaign 14 to help guide the player to the computer terminal.
Balance Changes:
Reduced number of enemy patrols on campaign 15 and 16.
